Affiliate disclosure
Offertium is free to use. We're paid by stores, through affiliate programmes, when you buy after clicking one of our links. You pay the same price either way.
How we make money
Many stores pay a commission to websites that send them customers. When you follow a link from Offertium to a store and then buy something, the store may pay us a share of the sale. It never costs you anything extra.
Which programmes
We work through affiliate networks such as Awin and Impact and through stores' own programmes. The full list of networks will be published here once our accounts are active.
What money cannot buy
Stores and networks cannot pay for a "Verified" label, for the removal of expired or failed codes, or for a higher position than the ordering rules below give.
How offers are ordered
- Codes issued to Offertium as exclusives
- Offers with a recorded check that worked (the "Verified" label)
- Offers updated by an affiliate feed in the last 7 days
- Offers that most shoppers said worked (at least 5 answers, 60% or more "yes", in 30 days)
- Other offers seen on the store's own site or feed in the last 30 days
- Codes from our own code archive, labelled "Last seen {date}" (shown for up to 60 days)
Within each group, the bigger saving comes first, and a code comes before a deal of the same size. An offer that shoppers report as failing moves to the bottom. The first offer on a store page is marked "Top offer" because it comes first under these rules, not because anyone paid for it.
How links are marked
Links to stores go through an Offertium address that starts with /out/ and are marked as sponsored. The links in each store page's Sources line go straight to the store's own pages and earn nothing.
Paid placements
We don't sell placements. If that ever changes, a paid placement will be clearly labelled where it appears.
