About Ice Blankets
Ice Blankets makes cooling blankets for people who sleep hot, and rounds out the line with cooling sheets, a care kit, a sleep supplement and a blanket for dogs.
One rule governs every saving there: codes and promotions count only on orders placed directly at IceBlankets.com, so a blanket bought through Amazon or another retailer gets none of them.
Ice Blankets began when its founder's wife, then pregnant, was struggling with night sweats and hot flashes, and a store-bought cooling blanket fell short. He experimented with fabric blends and fills until settling on what the brand now calls FreezeCore fabric and fill, designed to draw heat away from the body without wires or fans. Family members kept asking for their own, and the side project turned into a business, operated today by Talant Productions Inc.
The blankets are machine washable and hypoallergenic, and new colors are released each season, with a newsletter announcing restocks and drops. The SuperChill sheets carry the same cooling idea over to bedding.

When shoppers look for Ice Blankets coupons
Ice Blankets coupon searches peak in September, about 3.2× a typical month, and dip lowest in January.
Does Ice Blankets offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is listed as free on every order within the continental US, on a product page that looks archived.
How long does Ice Blankets shipping take?
Parcels leave US warehouses and usually arrive 3-8 business days after shipping, longer for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
What payment methods does Ice Blankets accept?
Cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express are taken, as are PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
More about shopping at Ice Blankets
- Sleep trial
- A 30-night risk-free trial comes with each blanket, and approved returns in original packaging are taken within 30 days of delivery.
- Return deduction
- The prepaid label is not free: $15 per item, or the label cost if higher, comes off the refund, and original shipping stays unrefunded.
- Non-returnable
- Final-sale clearance pieces and gift cards cannot come back, and the formal refund policy offers no exchanges.
- Damaged items
- Defective, damaged or wrong items should be reported within 7 days with photos; approved refunds land within 10 business days.
- Gift cards
- On sale, but never redeemable for cash, and anything paid for with one is refunded back onto a gift card. (read Sep 29, 2026)
- Outside the US
- The FAQ says orders ship to the USA only, though a separate shipping page lists rates for Canada, Mexico and further afield. (read Sep 29, 2026)

How to use a Ice Blankets discount code
- Ice Blankets runs on Shopify, so the discount box is on the checkout page's order summary.
- A code only takes effect on IceBlankets.com itself; an Amazon listing for the same cooling blanket will not honour it.
- The Early Black Friday sale was advertised in a site banner, so the sale price shows before any code is typed.
- Because clearance pieces are final sale, a code spent on one of them buys a blanket that cannot be sent back, and paying with a gift card turns any later refund into gift-card balance rather than money returned to a card.
If your Ice Blankets code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Discount codes and promotions apply only to direct orders on IceBlankets.com, not to Amazon or other retailers.
- New customers only: "10% Off Your First Order" is for a first order.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Ice Blankets
- The Early Black Friday sale, held in November ahead of Black Friday itself, is the one seasonal event recorded on the store's pages.
- The 30-night trial lowers the risk of buying a cooling blanket unseen, yet a change of mind costs $15 per item plus the original shipping, so the trial is not free to use.
- Gift recipients get their own route back: a return within 30 days of delivery brings store credit or a refund to the purchaser.
Ice Blankets questions, answered
Is the Ice Blankets sleep trial really free?
The trial runs 30 nights, but the formal refund policy deducts $15 per item, or the label cost if higher, and keeps the original shipping. The FAQ page describes return shipping from the US as covered, so the two pages disagree.
Do Ice Blankets codes work on Amazon purchases?
Discount codes and promotions apply only to direct orders on IceBlankets.com, not to Amazon or other retailers.
Can an Ice Blankets order be exchanged?
The formal refund policy says exchanges are not offered, while the FAQ page says they are possible. Final-sale clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged under either page.
How quickly do Ice Blankets refunds arrive?
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Anything bought with a gift card is refunded onto a gift card instead.
Does Ice Blankets deliver to Canada or Europe?
The FAQ says orders ship to the USA only. A separate shipping page lists delivery times and rates for Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, Oceania and South America, so the two pages disagree.
When does the Ice Blankets Black Friday sale start?
An Early Black Friday sale runs in November, before Black Friday itself, according to an earlier sale page on the store's site.
