About Blacklyte
Blacklyte builds ergonomic gaming chairs, height-adjustable desks and setup accessories, including chair editions designed with esports teams and tournaments.
One discount type per order is the rule to plan around, so the $30 email welcome code for a first chair or desk cannot sit on top of a running sale price.
Blacklyte's chair lineup centers on two signature models: the Kraken Pro, with dynamic floating lumbar support and high-density memory foam, and the Athena Pro, with built-in lumbar support that adjusts 4 ways and a dual-layer memory foam seat. Upholstery comes in the brand's DuraGen leatherette or FlexKnit fabric. Collab editions carry the colors of teams and events such as Team Vitality, Fnatic, Team Liquid, Spirit, RLCS and R6 Siege.
The Atlas Desk and Atlas Lite Desk are height adjustable, with add-ons like Atlas monitor arms, a glass mouse pad, a Raiden power strip and wireless charger, replacement casters and leather care products. The brand recommends its chairs for people up to 330 lb who stand 65 to 75 inches tall, both chairs and desks are covered by a limited warranty lasting as long as 5 years, and regional sites serve Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia and Japan.

Does Blacklyte offer free shipping?
Yes. Free to the 48 contiguous states, with in-stock orders usually leaving the next business day; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not served.
What is Blacklyte's return policy?
Unused chairs and desks in original packaging with tags have 30 days from delivery after email approval; buyers pay return freight on non-quality returns.
What payment methods does Blacklyte accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay are accepted, and installment plans vary by country and appear at checkout.

How to use a Blacklyte discount code
- Blacklyte runs on Shopify, where the discount box is on the checkout page's order summary.
- The $30 welcome code arrives after an email sign-up and only covers a new customer's first chair or desk purchase, with selected items possibly left out.
- Because a code cannot join another promotion, compare the two before entering it: during the Fall Refresh Sale gaming chairs were already up to $130 off, which beats the welcome code on its own.
If your Blacklyte code doesn't work
- Exclusions: The welcome discount is for new customers on a first chair or desk purchase only; selected items may be excluded.
- Combining offers: Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions; one type of discount per order.
- New customers only: $30 off a first order (sign up with email; new customers, first chair or desk purchase) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Blacklyte
- Bundle & Save pairs a chair with a desk for up to $373.99 off, and select bundles have added a free leather conditioner, cleaner and key chain.
- Esports events shape the sale calendar: the RLCS World Championship 2026 Sale ran around that tournament, and $80 to $130 off select gear appeared alongside it.
- Since non-quality returns cost the buyer shipping on a bulky box, checking the 330 lb and height guidance before ordering is part of keeping the saving.
Blacklyte questions, answered
How does a new customer get a Blacklyte discount code?
Signing up with an email address brings a $30 welcome code, valid for a new customer's first chair or desk purchase.
Can the Blacklyte welcome code be used during the Fall Refresh Sale?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, and only one type of discount applies per order. The Fall Refresh Sale took up to $130 off gaming chairs on its own.
What should happen if a Blacklyte chair arrives damaged?
Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Returns sent without their original packaging may also carry a damage fee.
Can a Blacklyte desk order be canceled once it ships?
Cancellation is possible only until the order ships; after that, the 30-day return policy applies instead.
