Each order allows a single return request, filed through an account, so gather everything you're sending back first.

How to use a OGL discount code

1. OGL applies discount codes at checkout; the cart only notes that shipping and the discount get calculated at that step.
2. Enter the code there and check that the total still clears $69 if you want free standard shipping.
3. Before using a code on a reduced piece, check which sale section it came from.
4. Last Chance, Lucky Offer, Final Sale, Limited Sale and Mystery Box items sit outside the 365-day return window, so a bargain from one of those can't come back.
5. Because each order gets only one return request, mixing full-price and final-sale items in a single basket takes a little planning.

If your OGL code doesn't work

• Minimum order: "Save $80 on Orders Over $249" needs an order of at least $249.
• New customers only: "Get 20% Off on Your First Order" is for a first order.
• Where to enter it: Discount code is applied at checkout (cart notes 'Shipping and discount code calculated at checkout').
