Shake Shack takes orders on shakeshack.com and in its app for pickup or delivery, and it also runs catering, a food truck and a merch Shack Store.
Its deals lean on free-item promotions with a $10 food or drink minimum, and each order gets only one free item.
Shake Shack is a burger chain whose site copyright line runs back to 2004. Beyond ordering, the site hosts nutrition and allergen information, a blog, investor pages, a fundraising program and a US animal welfare policy, and it notes that menus and details can differ at stadiums, event venues and Shacks outside the US.
The app runs a rewards program built around challenges: guests complete tasks to earn rewards, which are lost if left unused past their expiry date and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash. Shake Shack can change or end the program at any time, and its website and app are open only to users aged 13 or older.

Build the order in the Shake Shack app or on shakeshack.com, then type the code at checkout in capital letters.
A lowercase entry fails, since the codes are case sensitive.
Check the food and drink subtotal next, because offers usually need $10 of it.
The free item doesn't cover paid add-ons, taxes or fees, so expect those on the bill.
Order through a third-party delivery app or the drive-thru and the national offers won't apply.
The same goes for Shacks inside airports, stadiums, arenas, travel plazas and museums.
One national offer per order is the limit, so choose the free item you'd actually order anyway.
If your Shake Shack code doesn't work
Minimum order: "Shack Sundays: free Chicken Shack, ShackBurger, 6-piece Chicken Bites or West Coast Chicken Sandwich with $10+ order" needs an order of at least $10; "$10 off Sitewide Orders over $40" needs an order of at least $40.
Exclusions: Offers exclude airport, stadium, arena, travel-plaza and museum locations, drive-thru and third-party delivery app orders, paid add-ons, taxes and fees; a $10 food or drink minimum usually applies.
Combining offers: National offers cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions; one free item per order.
End date: "Shack Sundays: free Chicken Shack, ShackBurger, 6-piece Chicken Bites or West Coast Chicken Sandwich with $10+ order" ends Dec 27, 2026; "Free Chicken Shack with $10+ Purchase Every Sunday" ends Dec 27, 2026.
Where to enter it: Promo codes are entered at checkout in the app or on shakeshack.com; codes are case sensitive and work only in all caps.
On Sundays from October 4 through December 27, 2026, Shack Sundays adds a free Chicken Shack, ShackBurger, 6-piece Chicken Bites or West Coast Chicken Sandwich to a $10-plus order.
October also brings Scary Good Deals, a free sandwich of the day through October 31.
Outside those promotions, app and web orders list $2 sodas, $4 fries and $6 shakes.
The app's challenge rewards add another layer, but use them before they lapse, because expired rewards are gone for good.
