Clinics and care facilities order exam tables, sterilizers, diagnostic equipment and hospital beds, and bulk orders can get shipping discounts on request; home users can buy from the same catalog. Products come new, factory refurbished or certified refurbished, and warranty terms depend on the product, its condition and the manufacturer, with cover starting on the delivery date.
Shoppers who come back can join MFI Rewards, a free program that adds points to an online account and turns them into savings at checkout, with Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers earning bonus points. MFI also offers a Price Match Guarantee, which covers items bought directly from MFI Medical rather than through a marketplace.

Can a manufacturer rebate at MFI Medical be combined with GPO contract pricing?
Several manufacturer promotions cannot be combined with contract pricing or with other manufacturer discounts, and the manufacturer's terms decide each case.
What if a piece of equipment bought from MFI shows up cheaper at a competitor?
Under the Price Match Guarantee, purchases made within the last 30 days can receive an account credit, as long as the item was bought directly from MFI Medical and not through a marketplace.
Which MFI Medical items cannot be returned?
Customizable, digital and special-order items are non-returnable, as is anything with a broken seal, and misuse can bring a restocking fee. Shipping fees are refunded only when MFI made the error.
Does MFI Medical deliver hospital beds to a home address?
Residential hospital beds travel only by White Glove delivery, and Stryker or Hillrom beds also need a waiver and cost $1,995 per item to deliver.
What does an order to Canada or overseas involve?
Costs for Canada and other countries are calculated at checkout, the recipient pays customs duties and fees, and a customs broker is needed. Hidden shipping damage on any order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
