About IHOP

IHOP is a pancake-house chain serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with delivery and pickup ordered on IHOP.com or the IHOP app.

The rule that matters most: the 20% first-order code works once, on your first online order, and won't combine with any other coupon or discount.

IHOP Restaurants LLC runs the chain, and its menu keeps pancakes available all day next to omelettes, French toast, chicken and waffles, and sirloin tips with eggs. Seasonal menus rotate through, such as a returning pumpkin spice lineup, and an everyday value menu sits beside the regular dishes. IHOP also caters group orders and sells branded tees, totes and other merchandise through the IHOP Stack Shop.

Its loyalty program goes by the name International Bank of Pancakes, and members are called stackholders. Members collect PanCoins as they spend, which turn into rewards such as a free stack of pancakes, and the program also lists birthday pancakes and member-only offers. Gift cards are sold through the site, and the locator covers both restaurant and catering locations.

How to use a IHOP coupon

The 20% first-order code only works on IHOP's own channels, the website or the IHOP app, for delivery or pickup.
It's single use and limited to one per order.
It also won't combine with other coupons or discounts, so pick between it and any other deal you have.
Orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates or EZCater sit outside IHOP's system, and those providers handle them.
Before you check out, decide between pickup and delivery.
Pickup skips any restaurant delivery minimum.
Delivery adds a delivery charge, and that charge doesn't go to your driver as a tip.
