About Meraki
Meraki builds professional-grade espresso machines for home kitchens and sells accessories plus coffee beans from partner roasters.
Every machine currently ships with a $210 Espresso Upgrader Kit. The rule that shapes your total is the $200 free shipping line. Smaller orders of beans or accessories pay standard shipping, which is calculated at checkout, and nothing goes to a PO box.
Meraki is a coffee equipment company that started in Shenzhen, China, and has since added offices in the US, the UK and Hong Kong. Its name is a Greek word for putting soul and love into one's work. The flagship machine combines grinding, brewing, steaming and weighing in one body: a burr grinder developed together with TIMEMORE, dual boilers, a rotary pump that holds 9 bar, built-in scales that track dose and yield, and a touchscreen that guides each step. Meraki says the design received an iF Gold Design Award in 2025.
Machines carry a 2-year warranty, repairs are handled by authorized service centers in Canada, Australia, Europe and the US, and shipping for warranty repairs is paid in both directions. The site also publishes coffee recipes, brewing articles and machine guides.
