About Bella & Duke
Bella & Duke delivers raw dog and cat food subscriptions, plus natural treats and supplements, frozen to pet owners in the UK.
The headline saving is 40% off your first box, and since perishable food can't be returned, that discounted first box is the cheapest point to try the food.
How long does Bella & Duke shipping take?
Free to the UK mainland, with surcharges for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the Islands.
What is Bella & Duke's return policy?
None, because the food is perishable; customer care deals with problems such as a delivery that arrives defrosted. (read Oct 15, 2026)

How to use a Bella & Duke discount code
- The 40% off first-box offer is a starting deal, so it belongs on your first order rather than a later delivery.
- Nothing on Bella & Duke's pages read here says where a code is typed or whether one stacks with the first-box discount, so check the basket total before you confirm.
- Shoppers in Northern Ireland, the Highlands or the Islands should look for the delivery surcharge at checkout, since it narrows the saving.
- If a box turns up defrosted, contact customer care; a return isn't an option for frozen food.
More ways to save at Bella & Duke
- The subscription is the core of Bella & Duke's pricing, and 40% off the first box is the clearest standing deal.
- Mainland UK addresses pay nothing for delivery, so the first-box discount goes straight onto the food.
- Elsewhere, the surcharges for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the Islands reduce the gap.
- What later boxes cost after the first isn't shown on the pages checked, so read the subscription price before you commit.

Does Bella & Duke sell cat food?
Raw cat food subscriptions are sold alongside raw dog food, along with natural treats and supplements.
