About Ruff Greens
Ruff Greens sells plant-based daily supplements for pets, led by Ruff Greens VitaSmart for dogs and Meow Greens for cats, alongside chews, RuffH2O hydration, grooming tools and dog toys, all made in the USA.
Most of the savings sit in the plans rather than in codes: every recurring plan ships free, and a first purchase of 2 bags brings 20% off plus a free shaker bottle.
Ruff Greens presents its range as one connected system rather than a set of separate products, with daily nutrition, hydration and skin and coat care meant to complement each other. The company says its formulas were developed by veterinary nutritionists, use human-grade ingredients and are produced in an FDA-registered facility. The flagship VitaSmart powder is plant-based and meat-free, blending probiotics, enzymes, omegas and whole-food vitamins into a single daily scoop.
Products are also grouped by need, such as skin and coat, digestion and senior dogs. Cat owners get a sprinkle-on Meow Greens VitaSmart, TidBits and a grooming tool, while dog care extends to the K9 Care grooming line. An unopened bag keeps for 2 years from its manufacture date. The site features naturopathic doctor Dennis Black, who is noted as not licensed to practice veterinary medicine.
When shoppers look for Ruff Greens coupons
Ruff Greens coupon searches peak in February, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in May.
Does Ruff Greens offer free shipping?
Yes. Every recurring plan option ships free; what a one-time purchase costs to ship is not stated on any page read.
How long does Ruff Greens shipping take?
Orders usually arrive in 2-3 business days, the office closes on weekends, and customer service can arrange expedited shipping on request.
What is Ruff Greens' return policy?
Unopened, resaleable bags bought direct must be back within 30 days of shipment after an RMA call, minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping.
What payment methods does Ruff Greens accept?
Credit and debit cards work everywhere; PayPal is limited to one-time purchases, not the trial bag or recurring orders.
More about shopping at Ruff Greens
- 90-day guarantee
- Qualifying products can be tried for 90 days before a refund less original shipping; RuffH2O, the Pack Pak, JumpStart trial and grooming tools are excluded.
- Loyalty Club autoship
- The FAQ lists 25% off per bag, though the homepage currently advertises plans at 50% off.
- Dog toys
- Ruff Dog Toys carry a lifetime guarantee with a free replacement, although the owner pays shipping both ways.

How to use a Ruff Greens promo code
- Codes are typed into the discount box in the checkout page's order summary, the standard Shopify layout Ruff Greens uses.
- The first-purchase offer, 20% off plus a free shaker bottle, comes from buying 2 bags, and no code for it was shown.
- The 90 Day Challenge at 50% off is a plan choice bundling 3 bags with free shipping and a welcome box.
- Recurring Loyalty Ship orders and the trial bag must be paid by credit or debit card, so a PayPal wallet will not carry a plan discount.
- Nothing on the site says whether a code can sit on top of plan pricing.
If your Ruff Greens code doesn't work
- New customers only: 20% off plus a free shaker bottle on a first order (buy 2 bags on your first purchase) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "25% Off Ruff Greens Orders" ends Nov 15, 2026; "Save 20%" ends Nov 15, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Ruff Greens
- The 90 Day Challenge is the headline deal: 3 bags at 50% off, shipped free with a welcome box.
- Owners who prefer a rolling order can join the Loyalty Club autoship, listed in the FAQ at 25% off per bag and cancellable at any time without fees.
- Because an unopened bag keeps for 2 years from its manufacture date, a multi-bag plan carries little risk of waste.
- The free JumpStart trial costs nothing to start, but it cannot be returned or refunded.
