About Julia Amory
Julia Amory makes printed, pattern-led clothing and home pieces, a label started in 2017 that now runs shops in Palm Beach, Charleston, Southampton and Nantucket.
Before chasing a discount, note how promotions interact with returns: anything bought during a site-wide promotion turns final sale, so a promo-priced dress has to be kept rather than swapped for store credit.
Julia Amory is named after its founder, who grew up in New York City, attended the Spence School before Trinity College, and worked in financial services before turning to design. The brand's about page ties its prints to traditional Indian block printing, and Julia Amory describes its collections as a mix of playful elegance and bohemian flair built on classic silhouettes rather than trends.
The apparel range covers dresses, tops, bottoms, matching sets, knits, jackets, cover-ups, pajama sets, and husband shirts and pareos, with recurring pieces such as The Carolyn Shirt. Accessories include footwear, belts, candles, perfume and toiletry sets, while the home line offers tablecloths, placemat sets and dinner napkins. The shop menu also lists a collaboration with M. Gemi, sold as JA x M. Gemi.

When shoppers look for Julia Amory coupons
Julia Amory coupon searches stay fairly even all year: January leads, September trails.
What is Julia Amory's return policy?
Unwashed, unworn pieces with tags still on can go back within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange, never a cash refund.
How long does Julia Amory shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days; expedited US service does not travel over weekends, and PO boxes are not served.

How to use a Julia Amory discount code
- Julia Amory sells through Shopify, so its discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- The 10% welcome code is only sent after the email and SMS sign-up, which means subscribing has to happen before the bag is paid for.
- The September free-ground-shipping code shown on the site banner goes into that same box.
- The returns policy also lists promo codes received for email and text subscriptions as excluded, without making clear what they are excluded from.
- Since the brand makes no price adjustments after purchase, a code forgotten at checkout cannot be credited back later.
If your Julia Amory code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "Receive Free Shipping on Orders over $200" needs an order of at least $200.
- New customers only: "10% off First Order" is for a first order.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Julia Amory
- Outside of codes, the useful levers here are timing and format.
- A digital gift card between $50 and $500 lets the recipient pick the print, though the card cannot be returned.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled within three business days of purchase; after that they can only be exchanged for store credit.
- Shoppers buying gifts late in the year get the extended holiday window on full-price pieces bought from November 1, 2026, which runs until January 15, 2027.
Julia Amory questions, answered
How can a shopper get a Julia Amory discount code?
Signing up for both the brand's emails and its text messages unlocks 10% off the first order. A banner code for free ground shipping was also running on the site in September 2026.
Does Julia Amory offer free shipping?
Free ground shipping was tied to a September banner code, seen on the site in late September 2026. Outside that promotion, the standard shipping rate is not published in the store's shipping policy.
Can a Julia Amory order be returned for a refund?
Returns made within 30 days of delivery come back as store credit or an exchange, not money to the original card. Items bought during a site-wide promotion, permanently reduced pieces and custom orders are final sale.
Will Julia Amory match a lower price after an order is placed?
Price adjustments are not made once a purchase has gone through, so a markdown that lands a week later does not trigger a partial credit.
Does Julia Amory ship internationally?
Passport handles deliveries to most countries, with rates shown at checkout and duties and taxes collected up front except for Canadian orders. Transit typically runs 8-14 business days after fulfillment and can stretch to 4 weeks.
What should happen if a Julia Amory piece arrives damaged?
Damaged, defective or missing items need to be reported within 5 business days, together with the order number and a photo.
