What Offertium is
Offertium lists promo codes, deals and facts about online stores. Offertium does not sell products, take orders or handle payments. Every offer is set by the store that runs it, and the store decides whether a code is accepted.
Offers and store facts
Each offer and fact shows its source and the date it was seen or checked. Stores can change or end an offer at any time, so an offer may no longer work when you use it. Offertium does not guarantee that any code works or that any fact is still current. Check the final price at the store before you pay.
Links to stores
Links to stores lead to websites Offertium does not control. Your purchase is between you and the store, under the store's terms. Offertium may earn a commission from some links; see the affiliate disclosure.
What you send
When you send a code, you confirm it is meant for public use and is not tied to you or another person. You allow Offertium to check and publish it. Offertium may decline any submission.
Using the site
Do not use the site in a way that harms it or other people, including automated copying of its content at a volume that burdens the site, attempts to get around its security, or sending false reports.
Content and trademarks
The text and design of Offertium belong to Offertium. Store names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the stores; their appearance does not mean a store endorses Offertium.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Offertium is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from an offer that did not work, or from a store's website or products.
