About PrintPapa
PrintPapa is an online print shop for businesses, turning out business cards, banners and banner stands, books and booklets, labels and direct mail.
It's been in the printing business since 2004. The rule that matters most for saving: online codes and the New Customer 20% Off coupon don't work on custom-quote orders, so price your job from a standard product page.
PrintPapa's A to Z catalog reaches well past cards and banners, with appointment cards, door hangers, rack cards, table tents, trading cards, tote bags, wristbands, custom mugs and 3M Post-it products. Business cards come in many sizes and finishes, including Raised Spot UV, Soft Touch on 17pt and 32pt stock, Foil Accent, Linen and square formats. Direct mail covers postcards, folded mailers, stuffed envelopes and Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) pieces.
Ready-made stock labels cover fragile and shipping warnings, and industry designs target auto repair shops, car dealerships and car washes. Jobs outside the standard list go through a Custom Job Service, and promotional products are quoted through a separate catalog site. The office keeps weekday Pacific hours with local drop-off and pickup, and the company lists non-profit, trade and scholastic programs.
When shoppers look for PrintPapa coupons
PrintPapa coupon searches peak in January, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.
How long does PrintPapa shipping take?
Every order travels by UPS, with pick-up and mailing services as options; transit counts business days, and a $20 UPS address-correction fee is passed on to you.
What is PrintPapa's return policy?
Within 30 days of delivery, a job with a workmanship defect is reprinted at no cost or credited toward a future order.
More about shopping at PrintPapa
- What it prints
- Business cards, marketing materials, banners and stands, booklets, labels and direct mail, with promotional products ordered by quote on a separate catalog site.
- Refunds
- The terms allow a refund of the product price in some cases, minus shipping, postage and processing, capped at $1,000 per order or customer.
- New customers
- A New Customer 20% Off coupon is mentioned in the terms, though the site doesn't say how you get it.
- Local pickup
- The office is open 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Pacific on weekdays; drop-offs start at 10:00 AM and pickups run 2:00 PM-5:30 PM.
- Exclusions
- Coupon codes, the New Customer 20% Off coupon and $15 UPS Ground credits skip custom-quote orders, and direct mail or EDDM postage isn't refundable.

How to use a PrintPapa coupon
- Each PrintPapa banner offer covers its own product family: 15% off business cards, flyers and brochures, labels and stickers, or banners and banner stands, and 20% off books and booklets or political printing.
- Each carries a dollar ceiling, $65 on most and $100 on books and booklets, so a big print run hits the cap quickly.
- None of them touch a custom-quote order, and the $15 UPS Ground credits skip quoted jobs too.
- If you want a discount to count, build the job from a standard product page rather than asking for a quote.
If your PrintPapa code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Online coupon codes, the new-customer 20% coupon and $15 UPS Ground credits do not apply to custom-quote orders; postage for direct mail/EDDM is not refundable.
- New customers only: 20% on a first order (new Customer 20% Off coupon; how to get it is not stated) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "20% Off Book & Booklet Printing" ends Nov 17, 2026; "PrintPapa Promotional Code: Save 15%" ends Nov 14, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at PrintPapa
- PrintPapa lists non-profit, trade (reseller) and scholastic programs next to an affiliate program, though the pages read don't spell out what each program gives.
- New customers can look for the New Customer 20% Off coupon, which won't apply to a custom quote.
- If you can collect in person, finished jobs can be picked up at the office between 2:00 PM and 5:30 PM on weekdays instead of going out by UPS.
- Promotional products take a different route: they're requested by quote through a separate promo catalog site.
- Coupon codes don't cover custom-quote orders, so ask how a promo quote is priced before you count on a discount.
PrintPapa questions, answered
Is there a 20% off PrintPapa coupon?
Banner offers take 20% off books and booklets, capped at $100, and political printing, capped at $65. The terms also mention a New Customer 20% Off coupon without saying how it's issued.
Do PrintPapa codes work on custom-quote orders?
Online coupon codes, the new-customer coupon and the $15 UPS Ground credits all exclude custom-quote orders. Standard product pages are where those discounts can apply.
What happens if a PrintPapa job arrives with a printing defect?
Within 30 days of delivery, a job with a workmanship defect is reprinted and shipped at no cost or credited toward a future order. You may have to send the original run back at your own cost.
Does PrintPapa give refunds instead of reprints?
The terms allow a refund of the product price in some cases, up to $1,000 per order or customer, excluding shipping, postage and processing. The Satisfaction Guarantee page, though, describes reprints and credit rather than cash refunds.
Does PrintPapa ship outside the US?
International shipments are possible, by UPS like every other order. Import duties, taxes and charges fall on the person receiving the package.
Does the PrintPapa guarantee cover color matching?
Color matching sits outside the guarantee, and so do customer errors. Turnaround delays from equipment malfunction don't earn damages or refunds either. Since customer errors aren't covered, proof your file and text before sending the order.
Is direct mail postage refundable at PrintPapa?
Postage paid for direct mail and EDDM jobs isn't refundable. Even when the terms allow a refund, it covers the product price only, leaving out shipping, postage and processing.
What does a wrong shipping address cost on a PrintPapa order?
UPS charges a $20 address-correction fee, and PrintPapa passes it on to you. Every order ships by UPS, and international recipients also pay import duties, taxes and charges, so check the ship-to details before you submit.
