About US Ghost Adventures
US Ghost Adventures runs ghost tours, haunted pub crawls, ghost hunts and overnight stays in haunted historic houses across 300+ US cities, plus a gift shop of souvenirs and ghost-hunting gear.
The term that decides what you keep is the cancellation schedule, because a tour refund shrinks the closer you get to departure.
Lance Zaal, a combat veteran of the Marine Corps, started US Ghost Adventures. The company owns several historic properties where guests can book a room, among them the Lizzie Borden House in Fall River, Massachusetts, the Welty House in Gettysburg and the Villisca Axe Murder House in Iowa. Beyond ghost stories, its lineup takes in tours on civil rights history and on local food and culture, and it says more than 1000 local guides lead experiences at over 2,500 sites, 365 days a year.
Its Ghost Daddy app carries the Haunted Places Passport loyalty program, which awards a point for each dollar spent on tours and stays, plus the Mysterium podcast; a printed passport with stamps is sold too. Group bookings cover birthdays, corporate events, school trips and bachelor or bachelorette parties. Tours go ahead whatever the weather, and pub crawls are limited to guests 21 and over.
