  1. Several Walgreens banner offers depend on account status rather than a code alone: the extra 10% off sitewide is tied to joining myWalgreens and downloading the app, and digital coupons can only be clipped by members.
  2. Creating the free myWalgreens account before building the cart therefore comes firSt. Threshold deals such as $10 off $40+ or $5 off $25+ count only eligible items, so a cart heavy with ineligible products may fall short of the minimum even when the total looks high enough.
