About New English Teas
New English Teas has made British tea gifts since 1985: decorated tins, caddies and gift sets filled with teabags or loose tea, plus hot chocolate and mints, in designs such as Harry Potter, Beatrix Potter and The Snowman.
Prices are in GBP, and free delivery starts at a modest £25, so even a single gift tin can come close.
New English Teas organises its range around the container as much as the tea inside. Shoppers can pick classic, square, portrait, novelty or selection tins, tea caddies and teabag boxes, then choose blends such as English Breakfast, Earl Grey, English Afternoon, the house 1869 Blend or fruit and herbal infusions. Refills and a subscription option let a tin be topped up once it is empty, and tea and infuser or tea and biscuit sets round out the gift side.
The gift shop is sorted by occasion and recipient, from teachers and newlyweds to retirement and sympathy, and designs run from Vintage Victorian and Alice in Wonderland to the Cities Collection, the Royal Family and an Arsenal FC tin. A tea Advent calendar is new this season, and the company also runs a trade and wholesale arm that businesses can apply to join.

How to use a New English Teas discount code
- New English Teas runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Add your tins, write any gift message, then enter the code there.
- The Autumn Sale's 15% off was shown as a public banner, so check whether it's already applied before you type anything else; the pages read don't say whether two offers combine.
- Trade buyers order through a separate wholesale account, and a retail code may not suit that route.
- Keep an eye on the £25 free-delivery line too, because a discount that drops the total below it brings postage back.
More ways to save at New English Teas
- Signing up for New English Teas emails earns a discount on your order, listed as a standing sign-up offer.
- The free gift message saves buying a card when you send a tin direct to someone.
- Sample sale items cost less but can't be refunded, so pick them only when you're sure of the design.
- Shops, cafes and event planners buying in bulk can apply for a trade account instead of paying retail.
