About Betta
Betta makes solar-powered robotic pool skimmers, sold as the Betta Neo, Flex, SE and SE Plus, along with parts, accessories and certified used units.
Shipping is free to every US and Canadian address, so the skimmer's price is the number a code has to move.
Betta's lineup now reaches beyond surface skimmers. The newest model, the Betta Neo, adds app control with long-range gateway connectivity, a choice of weather-adaptive or scheduled cleaning, and twin SCT motors, while the Flex has a soft-touch cordless body and dual-mode action. The SE and SE Plus focus on nonstop solar skimming, with the SE designed to keep working in rain or snow.
For the rest of the pool, Betta sells the Jet Sweep, a cordless handheld vacuum with up to 75 minutes of runtime, four 360-degree wheels and an automatic shut-off when debris clogs the impeller. The Betta EaseReel is a battery-powered hose reel with push-button retraction and a 180-degree swivel mount. Owners can add the Betta Care extended warranty, and the company also recruits dealers.
When shoppers look for Betta coupons
Betta coupon searches peak in May, about 2.9× a typical month, and dip lowest in October.
Does Betta offer free shipping?
Yes. Free on every order to the US and Canada; no delivery to US territories, the Caribbean islands or APO addresses.
How long does Betta shipping take?
Betta's pages don't state how long delivery takes, so ask before ordering if the arrival date matters.
What is Betta's return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving the product, and you need an RMA number from Betta service by email first.

How to use a Betta discount code
- Betta's store runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Compare a new skimmer with a certified used unit before entering a code, and add any parts or accessories to the same order.
- Shipping costs nothing either way, so the code's value shows straight in the total.
- If you're in a US territory, on a Caribbean island or at an APO address, the order can't ship at all.
- Keep the box too: a return needs an RMA number by email, and you'll pay the postage back.
More ways to save at Betta
- Certified used units are a second route into a Betta skimmer, worth comparing against a new Neo or SE before you buy.
- Betta Care, the extended warranty plan, is an add-on to weigh against the standard one-year cover, which leaves out cosmetic damage.
- Since return postage is yours to pay, settle on the model before ordering rather than counting on a free swap.
- Canadian shoppers get the same free shipping and can see prices in CAD.
