About DECKED
DECKED builds truck bed and cargo van storage in Ohio: Drawer Systems, cross-body Tool Boxes, CargoGlide bed slides, Payloader bins and SUV drawers for Jeep Wranglers.
Shipping is already free to the contiguous US, so the bigger money question is the $350 return charge on drawer systems, tool boxes and CargoGlides if the fit turns out wrong.
DECKED traces its start to 2014, when the idea for its truck drawers was sketched on a napkin at a bar in Ketchum, Idaho, then refined through a pile of plywood prototypes. The company still keeps its headquarters in Ketchum, while products are built and tested at its manufacturing site in Defiance, Ohio, and it now makes the second generation of its original drawers. The drawer deck is rated for up to 2,000 lb, and each drawer for up to 400 lb.
The catalog is organized around how people use their vehicles: by trade, covering construction, concrete, electrical, plumbing, farm and ranch, and timber work, and by pursuit, such as hunting, fishing, camping and overlanding. DECKED also handles fleet sales for companies outfitting several vehicles, lists retail stores that carry its systems, and runs an ambassador program. Its company motto, No BS, signals a promise to fix problems without excuses.
When shoppers look for DECKED coupons
DECKED coupon searches peak in December, about 1.5× a typical month, and dip lowest in July.
Does DECKED offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free to the contiguous US and Canada, leaving the warehouse in 12-72 hours and arriving in 2-10 business days.
How long does DECKED shipping take?
Drawer Systems, Tool Boxes and CargoGlides travel by LTL freight, which charges extra for indoor delivery or limited-access addresses; accessories go FedEx Ground.
What is DECKED's return policy?
DECKED.com orders get 30 days for no-questions-asked returns with an RMA number; large units cost $350 to send back and must be palletized.
Does DECKED offer a military discount?
Yes. Service members can claim a military discount after confirming eligibility with ID.me through the footer link.

How to use a DECKED discount code
- Sort out the military discount first if it applies to you, because DECKED runs it through ID.me rather than a typed code.
- Start from the military link in the site footer and confirm your status there before you build the order.
- Any promo code goes in during checkout on DECKED.com.
- Buying from a dealer instead puts your return under that dealer's policy, not DECKED's.
- Measure your bed before ordering a Drawer System, since a wrong fit means palletizing it and paying the $350 return charge.
- If you change your mind, ask by email or phone the same business day; cancellation isn't assured even then.
More ways to save at DECKED
- Financing is offered at rates advertised as low as 0% APR, which spreads the cost of a Drawer System without needing a coupon.
- DECKED also sells gift cards, handy for a truck owner who'd rather pick a drawer layout personally.
- Free shipping to Canada covers the freight, though customs fees, duties and import taxes come on top, and freight forwarders are discouraged.
- The load rating is part of the value: the Drawer System deck holds up to 2,000 lb and each drawer up to 400 lb.
