About Glo

Glo is an online subscription for on-demand yoga, Pilates, meditation and strength classes with experienced teachers, streamed on the web and in a mobile app.

The choice that saves you the most is the plan: annual billing costs $245 a year against $360 for monthly, a $115 difference, and new members start with a 7-day free trial.

Beyond yoga and Pilates, Glo's library takes in walking sessions, breathwork, yoga nidra, barre, HIIT and short education talks, and each class is labeled with a level and a running time, from a couple of minutes up to long-form lectures. Members can browse by focus area, including sleep, stress, menopause, pregnancy and aging well, or follow multi-class programs that unfold over days or weeks.

Glo says its catalog holds more than 12,000 on-demand classes from over 60 teachers, many of them trained in particular yoga lineages; Jason Crandell, Elena Brower and Annie Carpenter are among the instructors. Memberships are for adults 18 and over, and Glo also sells gift subscriptions.
