About Koh
Koh sells refillable, eco-friendly cleaning products and tools across Australia and New Zealand, built around its Universal Cleaner plus laundry, kitchen, bathroom, body care and spray mops.
Prices are in Australian dollars, and the number that matters most is A$119, where standard shipping turns free for metro and regional orders alike.
Koh is built on a buy-once, refill-forever model: shoppers start with a kit of bottles and tools, then reorder refills rather than new plastic. Its Universal Cleaner, paired with an atomiser spray bottle, is pitched as a single product to replace over 20 others, and it was named Canstar Blue Multipurpose Cleaner of the Year in 2022 and 2023, according to the site.
Koh describes its range as allergy friendly, eco-certified and fully refillable, and it publishes pages on its ingredients, certifications, environmental impact and what its claims mean. Alongside liquids, it sells reusable gear such as Universal Cloths, a grout brush, a spray mop with pads and a shoe washing bag, plus spare parts, a laundry stain guide and a library of cleaning how-tos.
Does Koh offer free shipping?
Yes. Australian orders over A$119 ship free by standard post, whether you live in a capital city or a regional town.
How long does Koh shipping take?
Below A$119, Australia Post eParcel costs A$9.95 metro or A$11.95 regional, taking 2-5 business days in capitals and 3-8 regionally.

How to use a Koh discount code
- Koh runs on Shopify, so a discount code goes in the box in the order summary on the checkout page.
- The starter kits already carry their savings in the price, so add a code and see whether the total drops any further.
- Watch the A$119 line as well: an A$9.95 metro or A$11.95 regional delivery charge can outweigh a small discount on a basket that falls just short.
- If you're unsure about a new product, the 30-day money-back policy means you can claim a refund without posting back an opened bottle.
- New Zealand shoppers check out on the separate NZ storefront.
More ways to save at Koh
- The bundled kits carry the biggest cuts: the Whole Home Spring Cleaning Kit saves 50%, the Spray Mop + Universal Cleaner Starter Kit 25% and the Bathroom & Shower Starter Kit 20%.
- Because Koh's cleaners are refillable, Subscribe & Save suits repeat buys; compare its price with the one-off price on the product page.
- Koh Loyalty Perks is linked from the site, and its own page sets out what members get.
