About Alleyoop
Alleyoop builds multi-use, time-saving makeup: lip products, skin tint, brushes and tools, plus body care such as razors, all clean, vegan and cruelty-free.
Its free-shipping minimum is measured after codes, credits and gift cards come off, so a discount that drops the total below $40 brings the shipping charge back.
Alleyoop is headquartered in West Hollywood, California, and takes its name from the basketball pass, a nod to products meant to assist and to its fan community. Besides selling online, it is stocked at some Target, Ulta and Olive Young locations, and the company describes its sustainability model as having a net-zero plastic footprint.
Signature products include the 4-in-1 Multi-Tasker Brush, Go the Distance tubing mascara, the 11th Hour cream eyeshadow and liner stick, Sunsational Daily Skin Tint with mineral SPF 50, and Sun Serum SPF Lip Oil, along with the All-in-One Razor. Gift sets such as Ready in 5 and Space Saver bundle routines, and the Dream Team community lets fans earn coins through challenges.
When shoppers look for Alleyoop coupons
Alleyoop coupon searches peak in September, about 2.5× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.
Does Alleyoop offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders ship free from $40 per the banner, though the FAQ and shipping page still quote a higher minimum; subscription orders always ship free.
How long does Alleyoop shipping take?
Below the minimum, standard costs $5.95 for 3-5 business days and expedited $9.95 for 2-3 business days.
What is Alleyoop's return policy?
A 90-day money-back guarantee counts from the order date, Alleyoop pays return shipping, and refunds go back to the original payment method.
What payment methods does Alleyoop accept?
Major cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Catch and gift cards are accepted, and Shop Pay Installments run through Affirm lending partners.

How to use a Alleyoop coupon code
- Alleyoop checks out on Shopify, where the discount box sits in the checkout page's order summary.
- A Try Your Best login is the route by which Dream Team coins become discounts, so collect those before paying if a reward is waiting.
- Watch the total once a code is in: the free-shipping minimum is judged after discount codes, credits and gift cards, so a basket that only just clears $40 can fall under it and pick up the $5.95 standard fee.
- Bundle deals such as saving 30% when adding 3 items, or 40% off a custom set built through the quiz, are advertised as promotions of their own, and how they combine with a code is not stated.
More ways to save at Alleyoop
- Dream Team, the rewards program on Try Your Best, pays coins for challenges, purchases and referring friends, and those coins turn into discounts, merch or PR boxes.
- The Overachiever Brush runs as buy one, get one 50% off.
- Subscribing to a product removes 15% and the shipping fee, and the order is charged only when it is ready to ship.
- Digital gift cards come by email in amounts from $10 to $100.
- For in-person shopping, select Target, Ulta and Olive Young stores stock the line.
