About Milk by Mom
Milk by Mom freeze-dries breast milk as a mail-in service: you send your frozen stash in its kit and get it back as powder from your own labeled batch, shelf-stable for three years.
For saving, the main choice is the Sip Box size, since the price follows the box and shows up in the order flow.
Milk by Mom is a female-owned company whose founder, a mother herself, started it to find a safer way to keep milk she had worked hard to build up. Its process is overseen by a medical board of advisors that includes a pediatrician serving as chief medical officer, a board-certified lactation consultant and an obstetrician-gynecologist.
The company says its facility handles only breast milk and lists it as FDA registered and cGMP compliant, with ISO 5 certified equipment, end-to-end traceability and water activity testing; a nutritional analysis is available as an option. Finished powder is vacuum-sealed in mylar bags, and milk travels through a UPS Healthcare cold-chain partner. The site, offered in English and Spanish, also has a short quiz on whether freeze-drying suits a given stash and a Phoenix Local section.
