About Amentara
Amentara is the ethnobotanicals shop that used to trade as MN Nice Ethnobotanicals.
It sells Amanita muscaria caps, gummies and capsules alongside blue lotus, kanna, kava, functional mushrooms and shilajit. US delivery is a flat $7.00 per order, so one larger basket costs less to ship than several small ones.
Amentara traces its roots to Minnesota Nice Ethnobotanicals, the business Christian Rasmussen built after his first sale of Amanita in 2021. He leads the company as founder and CEO alongside Gabriel and Erik, and the about page dates the three-way partnership to 2024. The business moved to Los Angeles in 2025 and then relaunched under the Amentara name, which draws on Tara, the figure the founders adopted as a guiding symbol.
The catalog goes well beyond its best-known lines, with California poppy, damiana, akuamma seed, wild lettuce, lemon balm, skullcap, mulungu bark and white willow bark among the listed botanicals. Products come in raw form and as gummies, capsules, powders, tinctures and tea blends, and the shop also sells books, merchandise, bundles and an Amanita Starter Kit, along with an education section.
When shoppers look for Amentara coupons
Amentara coupon searches peak in October, about 3× a typical month, and dip lowest in March.
How long does Amentara shipping take?
Every US order pays $7.00 and travels by USPS with tracking, and parcels over $1,000.00 need a signature on delivery.
What is Amentara's return policy?
Unopened products bought directly from Amentara can come back within 30 days of delivery, after an email for a return authorization and with proof of purchase.
More about shopping at Amentara
- Louisiana
- Amentara doesn't ship to Louisiana, and its FAQ names Amanita and Blue Lotus as products that can't go there.
- Delivery time
- The FAQ asks shoppers to allow 3 to 5 days for a parcel to arrive.
- Refund deductions
- Return postage is taken off the refund, which goes back to the original payment method; defective or damaged items are swapped for a like item.
- Outside the USA
- International parcels travel at the buyer's risk at customs, since Amentara can't promise they'll be accepted.

How to use a Amentara discount code
- Amentara takes a discount code at checkout, before payment.
- Because the $7.00 shipping fee is the same whatever the order size, a percentage code goes further on one combined order of caps, kava and mushrooms than on separate small ones.
- The Amanita Starter Bundle is already priced 22% below its parts, so compare a code against that bundle rather than stacking assumptions.
- Keep the packaging sealed until you're sure: only unopened products are refunded, and the return postage comes off the money you get back.
More ways to save at Amentara
- The Amanita Starter Bundle groups capsules, whole caps and a chocolate bar at 22% off the separate prices, which is the store's own standing saving on that range.
- Beyond that, the fixed shipping charge rewards buying several botanicals in one order.
- A USPS order can't be cancelled once it ships, and a cancellation after delivery is handled as a return, so settle the basket before paying.
