Live plants that arrive damaged or decline despite reasonable care within 30 days are replaced or refunded.

Gift cards

Emailed e-gift cards from $25 to $1,000 carry no fees or expiry, but buying one cannot be combined with a discount.

Remote addresses

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada pay surcharges; APO/FPO works, P.O. boxes do not, and other countries need a custom quote.

How to use a Bloomist discount code

1. Bloomist's promo code field sits on the checkout page, in the order summary section.
2. The order takes a single code, some brands or gift cards can fall outside it, and certain codes carry a minimum purchase, so a code that fails may simply not cover an item in the cart.
3. The newsletter welcome discount has to be requested before the first order by signing up by email.
4. Skagerak outdoor furniture was 20% off with no code needed through September 30, which leaves the one code slot open for other items if the code's terms allow.
5. Order Protection, at 2% of the order value, is the other checkout decision worth making on fragile vases, since without it lost, damaged or stolen packages are not covered.

If your Bloomist code doesn't work

• Exclusions: Some brands and gift cards may be excluded from promo codes, and codes may have minimum purchase requirements.
• One code per order: Only one promo code per order.
