About Brooklinen

Brooklinen, founded in Brooklyn in 2014, sells sheets, duvet inserts, pillows, towels, robes and home accessories online and in its own stores.

Its 365-day return window is long, but mailed returns from the US or Canada cost a $9.95 fee, while returning in a Brooklinen store skips that charge.

Brooklinen describes its start as selling hotel-quality sheets and towels straight to customers at accessible prices. Sheets come in several weaves: Luxe Sateen, Classic Percale, Washed Classic Percale, Washed European Linen and Heathered Cashmere, and the newer Dreamweave Waffle line spans bed and bath. Bundles, comforters, a cooling shop and color families from whites to patterns round out the range.

The company works with manufacturers in Portugal, Turkey, Germany, India, Pakistan, Peru, Canada, the US and China (mostly for silk), and says it requires regular responsible-sourcing audits of its suppliers. Returned products go to Good360 for donation, and sheets are given to Animal Haven, a New York City shelter, as bedding for its animals. Brooklinen also sells to trade and hospitality buyers and handles corporate gifting.

How to use a Brooklinen coupon

  1. Brooklinen takes promo codes on the checkout page, the step that follows your cart.
  2. The 15% first-order offer works only on a first online order, excludes gift cards and can't be paired with Brooklinen Rewards, so decide whether to redeem points or take the percentage.
  3. Check the subtotal once the discount applies, because ground shipping is free only over $100 and only within the lower 48 states.
  4. During the Big Bundle Sale, read each line item, since Final Sale and Last Call pieces can't be returned later.
  5. Brooklinen may also limit returns from accounts it judges to abuse the policy.

Can you use the Brooklinen first-order discount with Rewards points?

The 15% first-order offer can't be combined with Brooklinen Rewards or used on gift cards. It also applies only to a first online order.

Does Brooklinen charge a return fee?

A $9.95 fee comes out of returns mailed from the US or Canada with a Brooklinen label. Returning in a Brooklinen store waives it, and damaged, defective or wrong items may be waived too.

Can you exchange Brooklinen bedding?

Exchanges are offered on towels and robes only. For sheets and other bedding, the route is a refund or store credit and a new order.

How do Brooklinen Rewards tiers work?
