About CB2
CB2 is the modern-design brand in the Crate & Barrel family, selling furniture, outdoor pieces, lighting, rugs, bedding, bath, tabletop and gifts.
With large pieces, the return terms matter as much as any code: custom and made-to-order furniture, floor samples and final-sale items can't go back, and you pay the return shipping on anything that can.
Much of the CB2 range is organized around named designers. A Design Legends section brings back work by mid-century figures such as Paul McCobb, and the site also carries pieces from a roster of contemporary designers and from celebrity collaborations like Casa Dean by Swizz Beatz. Beyond the core furniture rooms, the catalog stretches to wallpaper, curtains and hardware, mattresses, and a personalization shop for bedding and tableware.
The site doubles as a design resource. Shoppers can book free appointments with designers, order fabric swatches, and read guides on rugs, upholstery and materials like performance fabric and unlacquered brass. CB2 also runs a trade program for interior professionals, a contract service that handles corporate gifting and commercial projects, and a wedding registry with one-on-one planning appointments.

When shoppers look for CB2 coupons

Does CB2 offer free shipping?

What is CB2's return policy?
New, unused items with proof of purchase can come back within 30 days of receipt; gift receipts get merchandise credit.

How to use a CB2 promo code
- Your 15% welcome code only exists after you join CB2's email list as a new subscriber, so sign up and wait for it before you order.
- Then weigh it against what's already running: the Warehouse Sale cuts up to 60%, and the Semi-Annual Dining Event takes up to 30% off dining pieces and tabletop.
- Keep the return rules in view when a discount pulls you toward made-to-order furniture, because personalized and custom pieces can't be sent back.
- Shipping fees aren't refunded on returns, so a discounted sofa you return still costs you delivery.
More ways to save at CB2
- The CB2 card returns 10% in Reward Dollars, worth weighing if you're furnishing a whole room.
- Free design appointments help you settle sizes and finishes before you buy, which matters when a wrong piece means paying for a UPS return label.
- Gift cards are sold under Gifts, and a referral program is listed, though its reward isn't stated.
- For holiday gifts, the extended return window to January 31, 2027 covers eligible non-furniture items.
CB2 questions, answered
Can custom CB2 furniture be returned?
Personalized, custom and made-to-order furniture can't be returned. The same applies to final-sale items, floor samples, live botanicals and cut fabric.
Is there a CB2 discount for signing up?
New email subscribers get 15% off. The code arrives after you sign up rather than on the page.
What sales did CB2 run in October 2026?
CB2's site showed a Semi-Annual Dining Event with up to 30% off dining furniture and tabletop, plus a Warehouse Sale with up to 60% off.
How fast are CB2 refunds?
Refunds post to the original payment within 7-10 business days after the return arrives. Mailed returns use a UPS label that you pay for.
