About Cliganic
Cliganic, founded in California in 2015, sells organic essential oils alongside skin and hair oils, clean skincare, mosquito repellents, supplements, lip balms and cotton.
Savings there run through points and refills more than one-off codes: Cliganic Rewards turns spending into reward codes worth $5 to $20, and Subscribe & Save cuts repeat orders by up to 24%.
Cliganic tests every lot of essential oil with GC/MS and will share GC-MS and MSDS reports on request. The brand lists certifications including USDA Organic, EWG Verified, GOTS, Seal of Cotton, cruelty-free and vegan; the exception to the vegan line is the lip balms, which use organic beeswax. The company says it sources from small companies and farmers in developing nations, uses post-consumer recycled plastic and recyclable glass in its packaging, and adopted a whistleblower protection policy in 2024.
The catalog can be browsed by skin or hair concern, by mood (sleep, focus, relax, energize, balance) and by scent family. Newer additions include deodorants and bar soaps, and Cliganic products are also sold through retailers such as Target, Macy's and Amazon.
When shoppers look for Cliganic coupons
Cliganic coupon searches peak in May, about 1.6× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.
Does Cliganic offer free shipping?
Yes. US baskets over $40 ship free, and signing up on the site brings free shipping on a first order as well.
How long does Cliganic shipping take?
Standard US delivery takes 3-5 business days and express 2-3, after 1-2 days of processing; orders in before 8AM PST go out the same day.
What is Cliganic's return policy?
Unused oils and skincare in original packaging, with proof of purchase, can come back within 60 days of delivery at the customer's shipping cost.
More about shopping at Cliganic
- Guarantee
- A 60-day satisfaction guarantee backs the range, and defective or damaged items are replaced within 30 days of delivery.
- Cliganic Rewards
- 1 point per $1 spent (2 on subscription refills) plus 25 for opening an account; 50 points buy $5 off and 200 points $20 off.
- Referrals
- A referred friend gets $10 off a first order of $40 or more, while the referrer receives 100 points worth $10 that expire after 1 month.
- Subscribe & Save
- Refills save up to 24%, bundles and sets excluded, and subscribers earn double points plus a free gift from the second delivery.
- Where it ships
- The US and Canada, with Canadian buyers covering duties, taxes and return postage, though the formal policy mentions US delivery only.
- Retailer purchases
- Cliganic products bought at Target, Macy's or Amazon follow that retailer's return policy rather than the brand's own.

How to use a Cliganic discount code
- Cliganic's own instructions cover reward codes: once points are redeemed in Cliganic Rewards, the resulting code is entered at checkout.
- Signing up on the site brings free shipping on the first order, and opening an account adds 25 points straight away, so registering before paying is worth the minute it takes.
- The Subscribe & Save saving of up to 24% comes from choosing a subscription on eligible oils and skincare rather than from a code, and bundles and sets never qualify.
- A referral credit of $10 needs an order of $40 or more and works for first-time customers only.
More ways to save at Cliganic
- The build-your-own bundle offer, worth up to 20%, suits anyone stocking several oils at once, but bundles cannot also go on subscription, so the two savings never overlap on one item.
- Refill subscribers earn 2 points per $1 instead of 1, which speeds the climb toward the $20 reward, and higher Cliganic Rewards tiers open at $150 and $300 of spending.
- Referral points lapse after 1 month, so they are worth spending quickly.
- Shoppers who want proof of purity can request GC-MS and MSDS reports for the oils from customer service before ordering.
Cliganic questions, answered
Does Cliganic ship to Canada?
Canada appears alongside the US on the shipping page and in the FAQ, with Canadian customers paying duties, taxes and their own return shipping. The formal shipping policy, however, says delivery is only available within the United States.
What does a Cliganic referral earn each side?
The referrer receives 100 points, worth $10, while the new customer gets $10 off a first order of $40 or more. Those referral points expire after 1 month.
Can a Cliganic bundle be put on subscription?
Bundles and sets are excluded from Subscribe & Save, so the refill discount of up to 24% applies to other items only.
Is sales tax charged on Cliganic orders?
Cliganic does not collect sales or use tax in every state, so some buyers may owe use tax themselves.
What happens if a Cliganic order arrives damaged?
Defective or damaged items are replaced within 30 days of delivery. Optional SavedBy package protection separately covers lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Are purity test reports available for Cliganic oils?
GC-MS and MSDS reports for the oils can be requested from Cliganic's customer service.
