About TheraICE
TheraICE makes wearable hot and cold therapy gear for pain relief: headache hats, compression sleeves for knees, ankles and elbows, back and jaw wraps, and bundles that pair them.
The saving that counts here is structural rather than code-driven, since bundles take up to 25% off and US orders cross into free standard shipping above $50 and free express above $100.
TheraICE traces its start to a founder named David, who after several surgeries grew tired of sitting still with ice packs and looked for a way to ice while staying mobile. Work on the first prototype began in 2016. The brand concentrates on two steps of the RICE method, ice and compression, combined in wearable, hands-free designs, and it frames its range around what it calls the RRPP Method: reactive relief and proactive prevention.
Beyond headache hats, the line includes a cooling sleep mask, a Soothing Head Stick, the AnySLEEVE Ice Compression Wrap, PRO sleeves and smaller Junior versions, with recent marketing aimed at pickleball players. Its FAQ says the gel stays cold or warm for as long as 20 minutes, chills in roughly 2 hours of freezing and heats in roughly 20 seconds of microwaving.
When shoppers look for TheraICE coupons
TheraICE coupon searches peak in December, about 2.2× a typical month, and dip lowest in April.
Does TheraICE offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard delivery becomes free on US orders over $50, and express joins it once a US order passes $100.
How long does TheraICE shipping take?
Packages leave within 24-48 hours; standard US delivery then takes 2-5 days and express 1-2 days.
What is TheraICE's return policy?
A 30-day, no-questions-asked guarantee counts from delivery, with a prepaid return label and no restocking fee.

How to use a TheraICE discount code
- TheraICE is built on Shopify, so any code goes into the discount box on the checkout page's order summary.
- The bundle offer of up to 25% is advertised as a site banner rather than a code, and the store does not say whether a code can be layered onto a bundle, so compare the order summary total before paying.
- Keep the two shipping lines in view too: a code that pulls a US subtotal under $50 gives up free standard shipping, and one that drops it under $100 loses free express.
- If a purchase does not work out, the 30-day money-back guarantee starts with an email quoting the order number.
More ways to save at TheraICE
- Bundles are the main lever, with up to 25% off against buying pieces separately, which suits anyone treating more than one joint or pairing a headache hat with a knee sleeve.
- Grouping purchases into a single order also helps reach free standard shipping at $50, or free express at $100 when relief is needed quickly.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee lowers the cost of trying a new wrap, because returns come with a prepaid label and no restocking fee.
