About Echo Water

Echo Water sells hydrogen water devices, from the portable Echo Flask bottle and the Echo Forty tumbler to the Echo One under-counter system, alongside water filtration, with a story that dates to 2005.

Orders of $250 or more ship free within the contiguous US, yet the Echo Flask ships free at any order size, and pretax HSA/FSA dollars can pay for the products.

Echo Water was founded in 2005 by Paul Barattiero, who says he turned to molecular hydrogen research after seeing his wife's health improve when she drank hydrogen-rich water. Its first product, the Echo 7, launched in 2012, and in 2016 the company set up hydrogenstudies.com to gather published research. Josh Carr became CEO in 2023, and in 2024 the company moved customer service and fulfillment to a team based in the US.

Besides the flask and the newer devices, the range covers the Echo Flow, Echo H2 and Echo Ultimate hydrogen water machines, the Echo RO tankless reverse osmosis filter, a hydrogen bath machine, an inhalation machine and whole-house filters. The Flask uses a PEM/Nafion membrane rated at 8 PPM.
