About Elgato

Elgato sells gear for streamers and creators: Stream Deck controllers, capture cards, cameras, Wave microphones, Key Light panels and prompters.

What protects your money most is the 60-day return window, counted from delivery on anything bought directly on elgato.com rather than from a reseller.

Elgato has been part of Corsair since 2018. Its Wave audio line ranges from the Wave:3, Wave Neo, Wave Go and Wave DX microphones to the Wave XLR Pro mixer, while Stream Deck comes in Mini, Classic, XL, Neo, Plus, Studio, Module and Pedal versions. Facecam webcams, Cam Link adapters, mic arms, mounts and Neo desk furniture fill out the hardware, supported by apps such as Wave Link, Camera Hub and Control Center.

The Elgato Marketplace sells plugins and digital assets from outside creators, who can join as Makers using the Stream Deck SDK. Limited editions include collaborations with Fallout, DOOM and Call of Duty. Elgato also ships to Canada and Europe and runs a business solutions team.

When shoppers look for Elgato coupons

Elgato coupon searches peak in May, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

How long does Elgato shipping take?

Standard orders travel by UPS and take about 3-5 days within North America; the shipping cost isn't listed.

What is Elgato's return policy?

60 days from delivery for elgato.com purchases, in the original packaging with every cord, accessory and manual; bundles go back whole.

What payment methods does Elgato accept?

Credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and the Corsair Store Gift Card are named in the refund terms.

How to use a Elgato promo code

  1. The Elgato pages read don't show where the code box sits, so look for it as you review the order and confirm the reduction before you pay.
  2. Think twice before discounting a bundle you're unsure about.
  3. Bundles must be returned whole, so one disappointing capture card sends the whole set back.
  4. The original shipping fee isn't refunded either, which shrinks the real saving on gear you might return.
  5. Custom Lab designs are the riskiest place for a code: a 30% restocking fee on a return can wipe out whatever the discount took off.

More ways to save at Elgato

  • Corsair/Elgato Store Gift Cards are sold and accepted as payment, though the cards themselves can't be returned.
  • If you return an item bought with one, the refund arrives as an electronic gift card rather than cash.
  • Streamers in Canada and Europe can order with standard shipping instead of hunting for a local reseller.
  • For overlays and other Elgato Marketplace assets, test a pack soon after buying, since the 14-day refund window is far shorter than the hardware one.

Elgato questions, answered

The original shipping fee stays unrefunded unless Elgato made an error. The sales tax you paid does come back.

Can Elgato Marketplace purchases be refunded?

How long does Elgato shipping take?
