About NZXT
NZXT sells prebuilt gaming PCs and the parts to build your own, including cases, CPU coolers, fans, power supplies and motherboards.
It also runs NZXT Flex, a month-to-month gaming PC subscription. Learn the return rules first: desktop systems get 14 days, so test a new build soon after it lands.
NZXT has made gear for PC gamers since 2004 and frames its range as three routes into gaming: build a machine from its components, buy one of its Player One, Player Two or Player Three desktops, or rent through Flex. The Flex tiers line up with screen resolution, from Flex One for 1080p play to Flex Three for 4K gaming and content creation, and subscribers can swap or refresh their hardware.
Recent case releases include the S5 RGB, a steel mid-tower with a reverse RGB fan already fitted, and the H6, a dual-chamber design wrapped in glass. The company also publishes its own PC software, NZXT CAM. Warranty terms differ by product: Kraken AIO liquid coolers are covered for 6 years, Gold and Platinum rated power supplies for 10 years and cases for 2 years.
When shoppers look for NZXT coupons
NZXT coupon searches peak in November, about 2.2× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.
How long does NZXT shipping take?
A flat fee based on the products, service level and your location shows in the cart, with ground, Express and Overnight options.
What is NZXT's return policy?
Every return needs an authorized RMA number, and refunds go back to the original payment method.

How to use a NZXT promo code
- NZXT's store runs on Shopify, so the discount box is in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Pick your shipping speed before you judge the total, because the flat fee changes with the parts, the service level and where you live.
- California and Washington buyers also pay tax on that fee.
- Change and cancel requests only work within 2 hours of ordering, so confirm the code took effect before you leave the page.
- Desktop system refunds leave out custom work, software, assembly and shipping fees, which matters if a discounted build goes back.
More ways to save at NZXT
- NZXT Flex is the alternative to paying for a whole PC up front.
- It's a month-to-month subscription with full coverage, and you can change tiers, refresh hardware or cancel anytime.
- A recent banner offered 50% off the first month.
- Keep the price trend in mind: gaming PC and Flex prices rose about 5-11% in 2026 because of GPU costs.
- For parts, the long warranties add value, with 10 years on 80+ Gold and Platinum power supplies.
