Epson's own store sells EcoTank, cartridge and photo printers, plus ink, projectors, scanners, label printers, paper, extended service plans and certified refurbished products.

Ink orders ship free by 2-day delivery, so refills are the easy win; for hardware, the strict return rules matter more than the shipping charge.

Beyond the consumer products in its online store, Epson's US site covers a much wider business. Professional imaging equipment such as direct-to-garment, dye-sublimation and signage printers, receipt and label printers for point of sale, check scanners, kitchen display systems, Direct View LED screens and SCARA and 6-axis industrial robots all sit under the same brand, as do office printers and copiers.

For home buyers, projectors range from home theater and Pro Cinema models to ultra short-throw and portable units, and scanners include document, photo and receipt models. The store also sells Printer + Ink Plans and offers tools such as a projector throw distance calculator.
