About Firehouse Subs

Firehouse Subs is a sub sandwich chain with mobile ordering, delivery, catering and dine-in, and part of each purchase goes to its Public Safety Foundation.

The clearest saving on its pages is Firehouse Rewards, which lists up to $10 off a first order for new members.

Firehouse Subs ties its sandwich business to support for first responders through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, which the chain says has donated $100 million to them. Diners can find a nearby restaurant through an online store locator, where each location has its own page for placing an order.

Members of the Firehouse Rewards program collect points they can redeem later, along with perks such as a birthday reward. Gift cards are sold on the website, which also lets holders look up their remaining balance.

How to use a Firehouse Subs promo code

  1. The Firehouse Subs pages that could be read here don't show where a promo code goes in an online order, so check the cart for a code box before you pay.
  2. Delivery orders need an account anyway, which makes signing in to Firehouse Rewards the natural first step.
  3. That way you're set up for the member deals, including up to $10 off a first order.
  4. The $4.35 base delivery fee sits on top of the food, and long-distance fees can add more where they apply.
  5. On a small order, compare that against picking the subs up yourself.

If your Firehouse Subs code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "Enjoy 15% off Your $15+ Orders" needs an order of at least $15; "$25 off $200+ Catering Purchases" needs an order of at least $200.
  • New customers only: Up to $10 off a first order (join Firehouse Rewards; terms apply) does not apply to repeat orders.
  • App offer: Firehouse Subs has a discount for orders in its app.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at Firehouse Subs

  • Baseball fans get a seasonal angle: during the MLB Postseason in October, the day after an extra-innings game has brought a buy-one-get-one medium sub.
  • Rewards members also collect points, birthday rewards and member deals.
  • The app is where Firehouse Subs points shoppers for deals, though no fixed app discount is listed.
  • Every order also sends part of the purchase to the Public Safety Foundation for first responders.
