About Furniture123
Furniture123 has sold furniture online in the UK since 1999, from beds, mattresses and sofas to office desks, garden sets, fireplaces and doors.
The rule that shapes your saving is one code per order, typed into the promotional code box on the basket page, so pick the code that takes the most off your whole basket.
Furniture123 belongs to the Buy It Direct Group, and it was set up by a team with backgrounds in furniture making and selling as well as logistics, finance, IT and marketing. The founding idea was to spare shoppers weekends of driving between showrooms by putting a large catalog and detailed product information online, with staff on hand to answer questions.
Beyond the main rooms, the range stretches into heating, with media walls, log burners and wall-mounted fires, and into the garden, with pergolas, storage buildings, gates, outdoor showers and hot tubs. Children's furniture covers bunk, cabin and high-sleeper beds as well as nursery pieces, and internal doors can be filtered by wood, glazing and period style. Every product carries at least a one-year manufacturer's warranty, and the store also sells to trade and public sector buyers and publishes buying guides, including one on furniture grading.
How long does Furniture123 shipping take?
The charge depends on your order's size and weight and shows at checkout; in-stock items can arrive next day on mainland UK, with some postcodes excluded.
What is Furniture123's return policy?
You have 30 days from the day after delivery to request a return through the portal, then book and pay for an insured courier yourself.
What payment methods does Furniture123 accept?
PayPal, PayPal Credit, PayPal Pay in 3 and Clearpay, with 0% interest for 4 months on PayPal Credit spends over £99.

How to use a Furniture123 discount code
- Furniture123 takes codes on the basket page: type yours into the "promotional code" box and click Apply before you move on to checkout.
- Only one code works per order, so choose between the student discount and any other code rather than trying both.
- Codes are for online orders unless the terms say otherwise, and each one has an expiry date, so check it before you build a large basket of bedroom or dining furniture.
- If you plan to collect from West Yorkshire or the East Midlands, pay with something other than PayPal, since click and collect isn't open to PayPal orders.
If your Furniture123 code doesn't work
- One code per order: One code per order; codes are for online use only unless stated otherwise and all have an expiry date.
- End date: "10% Off 3+ Bedroom Items" ends Nov 24, 2026.
- Where to enter it: Enter the code in the "promotional code" box on the basket page and click Apply.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
