The rule that shapes any saving here is the $79 free-shipping line. It's measured after discounts, so a code can quietly push your cart back under it.

GameStop covers every current console family, from PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S to Nintendo Switch 2, along with PC games, a digital storefront for codes and virtual currency, and a retro gaming section for older systems and titles.

Trading cards have become a major focus. The shelves carry sealed product for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Yu-Gi-Oh!, sports card boxes and packs for baseball, basketball, football and soccer, out-of-print cards, and already graded slabs. Collectors can also send cards for PSA grading, with drop-off at local stores. The collectibles side includes Funko, LEGO, figures, statues, replicas and plush, plus graphic tees and homewares, and many games can be pre-ordered online for pickup at a nearby store. How to use a GameStop promo code

  1. GameStop doesn't let most promotions combine, so a code and a running deal such as the Halloween clothing offer, buy 2, get 1 free, usually won't both land on one cart.
  2. Work out which one saves more and use that.
  3. If you're a GameStop Pro member, sign in before paying, because the 5% perk and the $54 free-shipping line belong to a member account.
  4. Then check the total against $79.
  5. That threshold is counted after discounts, so a code that drops you below it can bring a shipping charge back.
  6. Consoles, console bundles, trading cards, graded collectibles and pre-orders never count toward free shipping anyway.

If your GameStop code doesn't work

  • Combining offers: Most promotions cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • New customers only: "New Customers Save 25% on Power Packs" is for a first order.
