About Gorilla Playsets
Gorilla Playsets builds cedar-wood backyard swing sets and playsets, and sells swings, slides, accessories and replacement parts, with optional professional installation; it has been in the playset business since 1993.
Settle on the set before you order, because a return costs a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping both ways.
Gorilla Playsets groups its swing sets by yard size, from small to large, and by age, with toddler sets for ages 3 to 5, kids' sets for ages 5 to 11 and bigger family models. Many sets let buyers pick a wood roof, a treehouse roof or a vinyl canopy, and some take add-ons such as monkey bars.
Installation crews cover most of the contiguous U.S., bring the set on installation day and take the packaging away, with a lead time of about 6 to 8 weeks. The sets are meant for single-family homes only, and installers will not build on concrete or at commercial sites. Canopies, sandbox covers and hardware-only kits are sold as separate parts.
