About Nugget
Nugget makes foam play furniture for kids: the Nugget play couch, the Chunk play ottoman and the Smore play chair, plus replacement cover and liner sets.
The store says promotions beyond its bundles are rare, so the dependable saving comes from buying two or more play pieces in one order.
Nugget started in 2014 as an attempt to design a better futon and turned into a play furniture company instead. The brand sees its soft foam pieces as building blocks for open-ended play, and it says its couch has passed the million mark in sales. The Chunk ottoman followed in 2024, and the Smore chair arrived in 2026.
The covers come in a large color line-up, and fabric swatches can be ordered before choosing. Liner sets are made from waterproof fabric, and the site shares build ideas and wash instructions. Nugget also releases limited editions with licensed partners, such as a Minecraft version. Items bought direct from the store carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and a holiday delivery option ships orders in December.
When shoppers look for Nugget coupons
Nugget coupon searches peak in December, about 2.4× a typical month, and dip lowest in April.
Does Nugget offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order of Nugget products ships free to the contiguous U.S., while Alaska and Hawaii pay $69 per Nugget, Chunk or Smore.
How long does Nugget shipping take?
Orders leave the factory within 1-2 business days and FedEx takes about 1-7+ business days, with no expedited option and no PO boxes or APOs.
What is Nugget's return policy?
Unopened, unused pieces in original packaging can go back within 30 days, minus $25 per play piece or $15 per cover or liner set.

How to use a Nugget promo code
- Nugget runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- The bundle discount is the main lever here, and it can't be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or coupon unless the site says otherwise.
- In practice, a separate code and the 10% or 15% bundle rate won't both land on one order.
- The bundle rate also skips accessories, cover sets, liner sets, art prints and gift cards, so a couch plus a spare cover only discounts the couch.
- Shipping and return fees sit outside the bundle discount as well.
If your Nugget code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Bundle discounts do not apply to accessories, cover sets, liner sets, art prints, gift cards, shipping or return fees.
- Combining offers: The bundle discount cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or coupon unless the site says otherwise.
- End date: "$10 Off Specific Categories" ends Nov 24, 2026; "Up to 30% Off Orders for Military & First Responders" ends Nov 17, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Nugget
- Pairing pieces is the clearest way to pay less at Nugget: a couch with a Chunk earns 10% off, and adding a Smore lifts the whole set to 15% off.
- Cover and liner sets ship free even to Alaska and Hawaii, where a full play piece adds $69.
- Affirm is listed as a payment option for furniture orders.
- A digital gift card from $50 to $300 lets relatives chip in toward a couch without guessing a color.
Nugget questions, answered
Does Nugget have sales besides the bundle discount?
The store says promotions other than its bundles are rare and are offered equally to all customers. The steady deal is 10% off two play furniture pieces and 15% off three or more.
Can a Nugget code be combined with the bundle discount?
The bundle discount can't be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or coupon unless the site says otherwise. Compare both on your cart and keep the larger saving.
What does it cost to return a Nugget?
A returned Nugget, Chunk or Smore costs $25 and a cover or liner set costs $15, taken from the refund, and a prepaid label is provided. The item must be unopened and sent back within 30 days.
Does Nugget ship to Canada?
Canada is the one country outside the U.S. on Nugget's delivery list, at $69 per play piece and $39 per cover or liner set with duties covered. Delivery takes 3-7 business days, and Canadian orders can't be returned.
How fast does a Nugget order arrive?
Orders leave the factory within 1-2 business days, then FedEx takes about 1-7+ business days. There's no expedited shipping, and PO boxes, APOs and U.S. territories aren't served.
