  1. A discount code goes in at Graham & Green's checkout, and it pays to settle delivery costs before you get there.
  2. A made-to-order sofa takes about 6-10 weeks to make and can't be amended or cancelled once ordered, so use a code only when the fabric and size are final.
  3. Ready-to-go pieces, lamps and cushions are easier calls, since any order not yet dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund.
