About Jamie Kay
Jamie Kay is a New Zealand label making organic cotton and modal clothing for babies and kids, from newborn up to size 10-14, with matching women's pieces.
US orders ship from a US warehouse, but change-of-mind returns earn store credit only, so a code is worth most on sizes you're sure of.
When shoppers look for Jamie Kay coupons
Jamie Kay coupon searches peak in March, about 1.6× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.
Does Jamie Kay offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders over $100 ship free, gift cards excluded from that total; smaller orders pay a flat $9.99.
How long does Jamie Kay shipping take?
Orders leave the US warehouse within 2 business days, or 5-7 during sales and launches; APO/FPO works, PO boxes don't.
What is Jamie Kay's return policy?
You get 21 days from purchase, change-of-mind returns become store credit, and you need a return number first and pay the postage.
What payment methods does Jamie Kay accept?
Jamie Kay names Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay and Laybuy among its payment methods.

How to use a Jamie Kay discount code
- Jamie Kay's store runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the checkout page's order summary.
- Sign in to Little Loves Loyalty before you get there, so any points you hold can come off the same order.
- Check the cart against $100 after setting gift cards aside, since they don't count toward free shipping.
- Sale dresses at up to 50% off are final, so a markdown there can't come back even as credit.
- Once you press pay, the order is set: Jamie Kay can't change or cancel it.
More ways to save at Jamie Kay
- Little Loves Loyalty pays out on purchases and some actions, and gift cards earn points too, though they won't help you reach free shipping.
- Keep the account active, because points lapse after 12 months of inactivity.
- The sale section lists dresses at up to 50% off, final sale.
- If something arrives faulty, Jamie Kay replaces or refunds it after inspection and reimburses the return shipping, so report it instead of paying for a change-of-mind return.
Jamie Kay questions, answered
Does Jamie Kay give refunds or store credit?
Change-of-mind returns get store credit only, with no cash refunds or exchanges. Faulty items are handled differently: they're replaced or refunded after inspection.
Can a Jamie Kay order be changed after it's placed?
Orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed, so check sizes and the address first. A parcel returned for a wrong address is refunded minus $40.
Do Little Loves Loyalty points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. You earn them on purchases and some actions and redeem them at checkout.
Does Jamie Kay ship to Canada?
Canadian orders ship from New Zealand, free over CAD$140 and CAD$14 below that.
