About Koala
Koala is an Australian furniture brand whose Sydney-based team designs sofas, sofa beds, mattresses, bed bases and outdoor pieces, sold alongside bedding and homewares.
Prices are in AUD, and the rule that shapes a purchase is the 120-day trial: products sent back within it get a full refund of the purchase price.
Koala's products come from its Global R&D Team at the Treehouse in Sydney, which has spent around a decade on furniture design; the company says each product takes 1.5 years of development on average. Pieces are modular and knock-down, with tool-free assembly, washable and replaceable covers and the FlipBed mechanism on its sofa beds, so they can be moved, rebuilt and refreshed instead of thrown out.
Koala holds B Corp certification and belongs to 1% for the Planet. It uses FSC-certified timber and fabrics based on recycled and plant-derived fibres, and partners with WWF-Australia on a goal to double east-coast koala numbers by 2050. Collaborations include Koala x Bluey and Koala & Pantone, there is a Koala Showroom, and warranties run for up to 10 years.

How to use a Koala discount code
- Join Koala's email list before you check out, since the sign-up brings 10% off a first order.
- The discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Koala's sale promotions don't combine with other offers unless the Promotion Terms say so, which means a sign-up code and a 20% sofa bed promotion may not run together.
- Pick whichever takes more off the sofa or mattress you want.
- Sales also leave out clearance products, delivery charges and assembly services, so a percentage off won't touch those lines.
If your Koala code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "$100 off orders over $1500, **Free Shipping**: The best" needs an order of at least $1,500.
- Exclusions: Sales exclude clearance products, delivery charges and assembly services.
- Combining offers: Sale promotions and discounts can't be combined with other promotions or offers unless the Promotion Terms say otherwise.
- New customers only: 10% off a first order (sign up to Koala's email list) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "Get 20% Off at eBay" ends Nov 11, 2026; "Save 8% off on Koala" ends Nov 12, 2026.
