About Lume
Lume sells doctor-developed whole-body deodorant in sticks, creams, sprays and wipes, plus body wash, cleansing bars, body cream and a laundry odor remover.
A subscription is the main lever for saving here, since it takes 15% off every order and ships free in the U.S. at any size.
Lume builds its formulas around mandelic acid and leaves out baking soda and dyes; the brand also describes its products as vegan and cruelty-free. Scents run from vanilla and coconut to cucumber, tangerine and lavender, with an unscented version and rotating limited-edition scents. The range has grown to include a sweat control line, a clinical strength antiperspirant spray and a collection for men.
Shoppers can take a quiz to find products, start with samplers or a travel kit, or mix items in a build-your-own bundle. Lume Rewards has Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, and the site runs a blog on body odor and hygiene topics. Lume is also sold on Amazon and at retailers including Target, Walmart and Costco.
When shoppers look for Lume coupons
Lume coupon searches peak in June, about 1.6× a typical month, and dip lowest in January.
Does Lume offer free shipping?
Yes. One-time U.S. orders over $25 get free basic economy shipping, while subscriptions ship free regardless of size.
How long does Lume shipping take?
Basic economy takes 7-14 business days after 1-3 business days to fulfill, and reaches Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and U.S. territories.
What is Lume's return policy?
U.S. purchases can be returned within 60 days with a prepaid label, refunded to your card or store credit minus original shipping.
More about shopping at Lume
- Spray limits
- Spray deodorant can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico or other territories.
- Bought elsewhere
- Lume from Amazon, TikTok, Target, Walmart or Costco goes back through that seller, not through Lume.
- Gift cards
- eGift cards come in $25, $35 or $50, never expire, and can't be used to pay for subscriptions.
- Canada
- Orders to Canada under $50 USD pay a flat fee covering duties and taxes, and Lume ships to no other countries.

How to use a Lume discount code
- Lume's store is built on Shopify, so the discount box is in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Before you enter a code, compare it with the two standing deals.
- Build Your Own Bundle saves up to 30% on a mix of products, and a subscription takes 15% off each order with free U.S. shipping.
- A code can't be used to buy eGift cards, and gift cards can't pay for a subscription, so keep those purchases separate.
- If a one-time order sits just under $25, adding a body wash or a pack of wipes clears the free shipping line.
If your Lume code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "$5 Off $30+ Subscriptions & One-time Purchases for New Customers" needs an order of at least $30.
- Exclusions: Discount/promo codes can't be used to buy eGift cards.
- New customers only: "$5 Off $30+ Subscriptions & One-time Purchases for New Customers" is for a first order.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Lume
- Lume Rewards is free to join at Bronze level, and points per $1 spent go toward discounts and free products.
- Silver starts at $75 a year and Gold at $125, though any subscription puts you in Gold straight away.
- Orders can't be canceled or edited after you submit them, so double-check the cart before paying.
- The 60-day return window gives a new deodorant a fair trial, but it covers U.S. orders only.
Lume questions, answered
How long does Lume delivery take?
Basic economy delivery runs 7-14 business days, after 1-3 business days to fulfill the order.
Can Lume bought at Target be returned to Lume?
Purchases from Amazon, TikTok or stores like Target go back through that seller. Lume's own 60-day returns cover orders shipped within the U.S.
How does Lume Rewards Gold work?
Gold status needs $125 a year or any subscription. Members earn points per $1 toward discounts and free products.
Can a Lume subscription be paid with a gift card?
eGift cards can't pay for subscriptions. They come in $25, $35 or $50 and never expire.
Does Lume ship to Canada?
Canada is the only country Lume ships to outside the U.S., and orders under $50 USD pay a flat fee that covers duties and taxes. Spray deodorant can't go there.
