About Moody
At Moody, you'll find colored contact lenses for daily, monthly and 6-month wear, in natural and bold styles, many with prescription or plano options, plus clear lenses, trials and accessories.
Only spherical lenses are sold, with no toric option. Check that a lens suits your eyes before any code, since opened lenses can't be returned.
Moody's catalogue can be browsed by look as well as by wear cycle. Styles are grouped into glowy highlight, bold and neutral designs, with or without a limbal ring, and colors run from brown, green, blue and gray to pink, red, purple and gold glitter shades. Shoppers can also filter by graphic diameter, split into small, medium and large sizes, and by material, either classic hydrogel or silicone hydrogel.
Named lines include GlowyLock, sold mostly as 10-piece daily packs and 2-piece 6-month pairs, the 003Air dailies and Breathe+ clear contacts. Moody notes that people with mild astigmatism may manage with spherical lenses if an eye doctor agrees, and changes or cancellations have to be requested from support by email inside 2 hours of payment. The site is offered in English, Spanish and French and runs a referral scheme.
When shoppers look for Moody coupons
Moody coupon searches peak in August, about 2.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in September.
Does Moody offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $49 ship free, and a 'Newbie Treat' free-shipping code is promoted to new customers in the site banner.
How long does Moody shipping take?
Below $49 shipping costs $5.99; orders process in up to 2 business days and reach the US in about 9-16 days.
What is Moody's return policy?
Unopened lenses in good condition have 14 days from delivery, once support approves, and must ship within 7 days of approval.
More about shopping at Moody
- Return costs
- You pay return shipping, original shipping and duties aren't refunded, and refunds arrive within 10 business days after inspection.
- Order changes
- Cancelling or editing an order means emailing support within 2 hours of payment.
- Worldwide
- Canada takes 10-20 days and Europe 8-18 days; EU buyers pay a flat 7.5% import fee at checkout, others pay local duties.
- Referrals
- A refer-a-friend program lists a 15% off reward, though the menu doesn't say who receives it.

How to use a Moody discount code
- The Moody store runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- New customers can use the 'Newbie Treat' free-shipping code from the site banner, though the text doesn't say how it's obtained.
- If your basket already tops $49, shipping is free anyway, so that code adds nothing there.
- Get the order right before paying: changes and cancellations only happen by emailing support within 2 hours of payment.
- Opened lenses can't be returned, so a discount on the wrong power or color is no saving at all.
If your Moody code doesn't work
- New customers only: Free shipping code on a first order ('Newbie Treat' free-shipping code promoted in the site banner for new customers) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "Buy 3 Get 2 Free on Colored Contact Lenses on Early Black Friday Sale" ends Nov 12, 2026; "Buy 4 Get 3 Free on Colored Contact Lenses on Early Black Friday Sale" ends Nov 12, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Moody
- Trial lenses let you test a color before you commit to a monthly or 6-month pair.
- The referral program lists 15% off, though it doesn't say whether the friend, the referrer or both get it.
- Optional Xcotton shipping protection costs extra, but it covers loss, theft, transit damage and mis-delivery and pays $5 per order for delays.
- Claims have to be filed within 90 days of shipment.
