About Mott & Bow
Mott & Bow sells premium jeans, tees, polos, sweaters, underwear and loungewear for men and women, made at the founder's family denim factory in Honduras, running since 1982.
Plan around one rule. Refunds come back as Mott & Bow store credit rather than to your card, minus a $9 or $5 return fee.
Mott & Bow was started more than 10 years ago by founder and CEO Alejandro Chahin. After moving to New York in his twenties, he was surprised by how much a good pair of jeans cost, and set out to make comfortable, well-fitting denim at fair prices in the factory where he grew up, selling direct to cut out middlemen.
Women's jeans are organized by fit and rise, from straight and wide-leg to cropped, bootcut and mom styles, next to fitted and relaxed tees, tanks, sweatshirts, dresses and lounge and sleep pieces. Men's denim comes in slim, straight and skinny fits, with stretch, twill and eco-friendly fabric options and bundle sets. Among its hallmarks the brand lists signature stretch, pre-washed and pre-shrunk finishes and a guarantee against fading and pilling, and it explains its fabrics on a Denim Science page.
When shoppers look for Mott & Bow coupons
Mott & Bow coupon searches stay fairly even all year: March leads, August trails.

How to use a Mott & Bow coupon
- Mott & Bow's first-purchase code shows in the site banner, so look there before checking out a first order; it works once.
- Taxes and shipping don't count toward offer minimums, which means the $150 free-shipping line has to be met by products alone.
- VIP Club members get 15% off eligible purchases, a better fit for repeat buyers than for a single pair of jeans.
- Final-sale items can't be exchanged, and each item gets only one exchange.
- Settle your denim size before you put a discount toward it, since a return ends as store credit anyway.
More ways to save at Mott & Bow
- The M&B VIP Club is the main standing saving: the first month is free, then $40 a month becomes $40 in store credit, with 15% off eligible purchases and early access.
- That credit expires after 12 months, and charges already processed aren't refunded, though you can pause or cancel anytime.
- Bundle deals appear too, such as a time-limited buy 4 men's tees, get 2 free.
- Mott & Bow gift cards have no expiration date.
