Mous makes protective phone cases for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel, along with backpacks, luggage and wireless chargers, engineered in London since 2014.

For US orders, the number to watch is $69. Above it, shipping is free; below it, the delivery price isn't posted on the shipping pages.

Beyond its cases, Mous carries printed designs and collab cases made to order, screen protectors, magnetic wallets, case straps, watch straps and AirPod cases, along with cycling mounts and cables. The charging line covers car, desk, portable and watch chargers. For travel there are commuter and travel backpacks, soft-shell and hardshell suitcases, packing cubes, pouches, laptop sleeves and a compression wardrobe, and a backpack range made with the Mercedes-AMG F1 Team.

Shoppers pick a regional storefront (US, UK, Europe, or a worldwide store priced in US dollars). Items bought through Amazon, eBay or other resellers go back to that seller rather than to Mous. E-gift cards are sent by email only and stay valid for 12 months.

How to use a Mous discount code

  1. Mous checks out on Shopify's standard page, where the order summary holds the discount box.
  2. If you want the 10% sign-up code, join the mailing list before starting checkout, so the code is in your inbox when you reach that box.
  3. Collab cases are printed to order, and personalized pieces can't be returned, so settle the phone model before you pay.
  4. Orders can't be edited once placed either.

Who pays for Mous returns?

The customer pays return shipping, and the original shipping fee isn't refunded. Items must be unused and in their packaging, sent back within 30 days.

Can a Mous order be changed after it's placed?

Orders can't be edited once placed. If Mous manages to stop a cancelled order before dispatch, the refund comes within 72 hours.
