About Orsina
Orsina is a Glasgow-based UK home store selling furniture, decor, lighting, kitchenware, bathroom accessories, garden furniture and kids' furniture, with prices in GBP.
The rule that matters most is the £49 mark. Standard UK delivery is free from there, a flat fee applies below it, and that fee comes off any change-of-mind refund later.
Does Orsina offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of £49 and above get free standard UK delivery, and Orsina has no express option.
How long does Orsina shipping take?
Small parcels dispatch from same day to 3 business days after processing, while two-person furniture deliveries take 2 to 5 business days.
What is Orsina's return policy?
Send items back within 14 days of delivery, unused, unassembled, undamaged and well packaged, at your own postage cost.

How to use a Orsina discount code
- Orsina's shop runs on Shopify, which puts the discount box in the order summary at checkout.
- The current savings are on the site itself: sale sections run from 20% to 70% off, and free UK delivery starts at £49.
- Build the basket first and watch the subtotal against that £49 line, since one small kitchen or bathroom piece can clear it.
- With furniture, check the measurements before paying.
- A change-of-mind return costs a fee by item value plus the original delivery charge, which can eat into a sale discount on a sofa or table.
More ways to save at Orsina
- Start in the sale sections, where Orsina's discounts run from 20% to 70% off across its home ranges.
- Group smaller buys such as lighting, kitchenware or bathroom accessories into one order so it reaches £49 and ships free.
- Be careful with bulky pieces bought on impulse: extra-large furniture has its own returns fee band, and anything you've assembled can't go back.
Orsina questions, answered
How much does Orsina charge for UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £49 and above. Below that a flat fee applies, and your basket shows the amount at checkout.
How long do Orsina furniture deliveries take?
Two-person furniture deliveries take 2 to 5 business days. Small parcels dispatch from same day to 3 business days after processing.
Is the delivery fee refunded on an Orsina return?
The original delivery fee is deducted from change-of-mind refunds, even on orders that shipped free. Faulty or damaged items are the exception, refunded in full including delivery and collection fees.
How are Orsina refunds paid?
Refunds go back to the original payment method or come as a voucher. A returns fee set by item value comes off change-of-mind returns first.
Does Orsina deliver outside the UK?
Orsina ships internationally. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, and the buyer pays any import duties and taxes.
