5G Home Internet has no lock-in contract, so you can cancel it any time. If the plan came with a modem and you cancel or change within 24 months, return the modem in good working order or pay the A$200 non-return fee.
What happens if you go over the 5G Home Internet allowance?
The plan includes a 1000GB monthly allowance. Above it your speed is slowed, but Telstra charges no extra fees.
