About Trinny London
Trinny London makes skincare and makeup for women over 40, from serums and cleansers to skin tint, with the Match2Me tool to find your shade.
Free gifts drive the savings here more than cash off: spend thresholds in GBP bring free minis and full-size products, and only one code works on an order.
Trinny London is a UK beauty brand whose site is built around personal matching: besides makeup shades, its Match2Me tool also suggests a clothing color palette, and shoppers can book appointments at its stores to try products in person. The range has grown to include an overnight hand treatment paired with a microneedling step and a concentrate for the neck and décolleté.
The brand runs a content hub called The T-Zone with articles on routines and application, a community called the Trinny Tribe, and an affiliate program, and it sells gift sets and gift cards. Under its Shade Match Guarantee, shoppers whose recommended skin tint shade is wrong can claim a replacement shade, subject to conditions.
How long does Trinny London shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days; for next-day delivery, order by 8pm GMT Monday to Friday.
What is Trinny London's return policy?
Free within 30 days with a prepaid Royal Mail label, in the original packaging, for a refund or another shade.

How to use a Trinny London discount code
- Trinny London takes the promotion code at checkout, and only one code fits each order.
- That makes the choice matter: the new-customer welcome code and the email sign-up code both bring the same free mini, at £50 and £40.
- Extra offer codes stop working on sale items and during site-wide promotional events, so the Archive Sale's automatic discounts won't take another code on top.
- Gift cards, e-gift cards and appointments don't count toward free gifts with purchase.
- Leave them out of the sum when you're building a basket toward a spend threshold.
If your Trinny London code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "Free Be Your Best Mini on first order over £50" needs an order of at least £50.
- Exclusions: Gift cards, e-gift cards and appointments don't qualify for free delivery or free gifts with purchase.
- One code per order: Only one code can be used at a time; extra offer codes don't work on sale items or during site-wide promotional events.
- New customers only: "Free Be Your Best Mini on first order over £50" is for a first order.
- End date: "Promo code WELCOMEGIFT-AU" ends Nov 14, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Trinny London
- Larger baskets earn larger gifts at Trinny London: a free Eye2Eye Virtue over £150 and a free Naked Ambition mini over £225.
- The Archive Sale takes its discounts automatically online.
- Invited existing customers can receive £10 off, and selected customers have been offered a free full-size Overnight Sensation serum on £120+ orders.
- A first online order can also come with free shipping through an emailed code.
