About Truvani
Truvani, co-founded by Vani Hari, sells plant-based and whey protein powders, The Only Bar snack bars, collagen, electrolytes, creatine and other supplements pitched as free of unwanted additives.
Its money-back promise covers only the first order of each product, so trying a new powder carries less risk than restocking a familiar one.
Truvani lists three co-founders: Vani Hari, who oversees ingredients, Derek Halpern on marketing and sales, and Devin Duncan on operations. The company says it set out to make the food and health products its founders could not find in stores, and it describes a testing routine in which ingredients are checked before they reach its facility, formulas are tested in-house and finished products go to an outside lab.
Beyond the core powders, the catalog includes Marine Collagen, Protein + Greens and Protein + Energy blends, single-serving travel kits, and supplements such as turmeric curcumin, magnesium, vitamin D3, digestive enzymes and ashwagandha. Accessories like a frother, glass jars and the Eat Seasonally book round out the range, and a store locator points to physical retailers.
When shoppers look for Truvani coupons
Truvani coupon searches peak in April, about 1.5× a typical month, and dip lowest in November.
Does Truvani offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders ship free above a minimum order value, but the pages checked did not name the amount.

How to use a Truvani discount code
- Truvani checks out on Shopify, which places the discount box in the order summary of the checkout page.
- The 5% email code arrives after joining the list, so sign-up comes before the cart.
- Several products already carry banner prices, including 73% off the Plant Based Protein Starter Kit, 62% off the whey or plant based Protein Starter Kit and 23% off Collagen Peptides, so compare the cart total with and without a code before paying.
- The VIP Shipping Protection+ add-on is chosen in the cart as well; its 15% coupon is sent only when the order ships, which means it counts toward the next purchase rather than the current one.
More ways to save at Truvani
- Subscribe and Save orders currently ship free over $99 in a limited-time offer, and orders of $35+ pick up a free insulated tote while that promotion runs.
- The Shipping Protection+ add-on pays back on the following order through its 15% coupon and extends the satisfaction guarantee from 30 to 90 days.
- Since only a product's first order is refundable, a starter kit is the lower-risk way to test a new protein, whereas later subscription rebills are final.
Truvani questions, answered
What does the Truvani money-back guarantee cover?
The guarantee refunds a product's first order within 30 days of delivery, excluding shipping and handling where applicable. Repeat orders of the same product and subscription rebills do not qualify.
How much is the Truvani email sign-up discount?
Email subscribers get 5% off. Separate SMS sign-up pages exist too, but their rewards are not stated.
Can a Truvani subscription order be refunded?
Subscription rebills cannot be refunded or returned; the refund applies only to the first order of a given product.
What does VIP Shipping Protection+ add to a Truvani order?
The optional add-on covers theft, loss and damage, extends the satisfaction guarantee to 90 days, and sends a personal 15% off coupon for the next order once the current one ships.
Does Truvani ship outside the US?
International orders are accepted, and the customer covers any customs fees and taxes.
How long does a Truvani refund take to appear?
An approved refund can take up to 7 business days to show on the statement. It returns to the original payment method unless store credit is kept on the account.
