About Hey, Milestone
Hey, Milestone ships curated boxes of free product samples for expecting and new parents, covering pregnancy, postpartum, newborn care and family nutrition and wellness; the company started in 2016 under the name Noobie Box.
The products inside cost nothing, so the real expense is the shipping and handling fee at checkout, and that fee is the part of the order any saving has to work on.
Hey, Milestone offers several themed boxes beyond its pregnancy and newborn set, including a Welcome Baby Sampler, a Newborn Feeding Essentials Sampler, a Baby & Toddler Nutrition box and a limited-edition wellness box. Shoppers can also build a box from individual samples, and the site lists extras such as Diaper Starter Packs in sizes 1 and 2 and Preggie Pops.
Box contents change with the inventory on hand, so pictured products are examples unless a listing marks them as guaranteed. Boxes are meant for pregnant customers or their partners, with one per pregnancy and one per address, and ordering one does not start a monthly subscription. A separate annual Sample Club membership alerts members to new sample drops by email.
When shoppers look for Hey, Milestone coupons
Hey, Milestone coupon searches peak in March, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in April.
How long does Hey, Milestone shipping take?
Sample boxes carry no product charge; the customer covers the shipping and handling fee displayed at checkout, and that fee is never reimbursed.
What is Hey, Milestone's return policy?
Once a box ships, no return or refund is possible; before shipment, a refund can be requested in writing by email.

How to use a Hey, Milestone coupon code
- Hey, Milestone runs on Shopify, so the discount box appears in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Because the samples themselves are free, most of the checkout total is the shipping and handling line, so read that figure before and after entering anything.
- Check eligibility before paying as well: a box is meant for pregnant customers or their partners, one per pregnancy and one per address.
- Decide carefully before completing the order, because the shipping fee is not reimbursed and nothing is refundable once the box has left; a change of mind before shipment has to go in writing by email.
More ways to save at Hey, Milestone
- The Make Your Own Sample Box listing appears as a time-limited option next to the standard free boxes.
- Sample Club suits families who want repeated drops, but the annual membership is paid and each drop adds shipping, typically $8.95, so it only pays off when the drops actually get used.
- Contents rotate with inventory, and featured products are examples unless marked guaranteed, so a box ordered for one specific item may not include it.
- The referral page is another route, though its reward was not listed.
Hey, Milestone questions, answered
Are Hey, Milestone boxes really free?
The products inside are free, and the customer pays only the shipping and handling fee shown at checkout. That fee is not reimbursed later.
Will ordering a box start a monthly subscription?
Ordering a box does not enroll anyone in a monthly subscription. The separate Sample Club is an annual paid membership and is not auto-ship either.
Who can order a Hey, Milestone box?
Boxes are for pregnant customers or their partners, with a limit of one box per pregnancy and one per address.
Can a Hey, Milestone box be refunded?
A refund is possible only before the box ships, requested in writing by email; after shipment there are no returns or refunds.
Is Hey, Milestone the same company as Noobie Box?
Hey, Milestone was formerly Noobie Box, which launched in 2016.

Contents rotate with inventory, so featured products are only examples unless they are marked guaranteed.
