About TULA
TULA is a doctor-founded skincare brand built on prebiotics, selling cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, SPF, eye and lip care, primers, body care and gift sets.
Free standard shipping starts at $25, but the bigger rule is that promo codes don't work on Subscribe & Save orders, so you'll pick between a code and the subscription discount.
TULA was founded by Dr. Roshini Raj, a practicing gastroenterologist, and its name comes from the Sanskrit word for balance. The brand frames its range as "skin wellness" and says its formulas pair prebiotics with skin actives aimed at the skin microbiome. It describes its products as doctor-founded and dermatologist tested.
Shoppers can browse by concern, such as acne and oil control, fine lines, dryness or dullness, or use a skin quiz and a routine builder to put a regimen together. Beyond single products, the store sells starter kits, cleanser-and-moisturizer duos, larger routine bundles, travel sizes and limited-edition holiday sets, along with The Luminous Collection. Its TULA Wallet returns 4% of each purchase as credit for later orders.

How to use a TULA coupon
- At TULA, codes go in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' box at checkout, the same box that takes TULA Wallet credit and e-gift cards.
- Each product accepts one promo code, and each code can be used once per customer.
- Wallet cash can sit alongside a discount code, so use both if you carry a balance.
- Codes won't apply to past orders, gift cards or Subscribe & Save orders.
- If you want the 20% text sign-up offer, sign up before you reach checkout so the code is in hand.
If your TULA code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promo codes are not valid on previous orders, gift cards or Subscribe & Save orders.
- Combining offers: One promo code per product, each code once per customer; TULA Wallet cash can be used together with a discount code.
- New customers only: 20% off a first order (sign up for text messages) does not apply to repeat orders.
- Where to enter it: Codes and TULA Wallet credit go in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' box at checkout.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at TULA
- The Fall Savings Event takes 20% off orders of $100+ and 25% off $150+, and holiday sets launched in October with up to 40% off.
- If you're a student, teacher, medical provider or in the military, the 20% ID.me discount matches the text sign-up offer without the texts.
- For a moisturizer you reorder, Subscribe & Save's 15% off and free shipping can beat a one-time code, since codes can't touch subscriptions.
- E-gift cards run from $25 to $200, and TULA also has a referral program for sending friends its way.
